Overall very satisfied
The breakfast was very good for it being included with your stay. For the price breakfast should be included. A little pricey. But nice staff and clean facility
The elevators broke down and had to be reset. We almost got stuck on the elevator. That would have been horrible

It was ok.
It was close to the friend I was visiting.
The shower had very little water pressure. They didn’t clean our room.

this hotel met our needs, but at $300 a night, I expect a facility that is in better condition
the location was perfect for going back and forth to TCNJ.
it seemed a little run down. in our room the veneer was peeling off the vanity and the toilet stopped up. the road leading to the hotel was full of potholes.

Pass on this place
The management and staff were very polite. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator was cold. The Kitchen was definitely the best part of the room.
Here we go...cabinetry was falling apart..giant stink bug crawling the wall right at the ceiling line. I killed one on Saturday night....I killed another one on Sunday night. I woke up half the night (both nights) thinking bugs were in my bed. Not good. Three foot high by 1/4 inch wide Crack in shower tile. The vanity mirror was broken on both lower corners. Very dangerous. A person could easily be sliced ....especially a handicapped person. THIS WAS A HANDICAPPED ACCESS ROOM. The blind was unable to be lifted. This blind was equipped with a motor. The motor was missing...two electrical wires were just dangling in the air. The manager approved a refund for both nights. She did the right thing. This was not her first rodeo with a dissatisfied customer. It's not her fault. One more thing...pool was under repair/construction. To their credit this fact was listed on the hotel website. I booked on booking.com. Booking .com should have listed this fact. It would have been a deal breaker. I like to swim. At any rate...the hotel is at the same level as a budget motel. Motel 6, for example. This hotel needs to be completely remodeled. It's old. It's beat.

A great hotel for a quick weekend
We chose this hotel for the proximity to our friends' house. Room was clean, quiet (even though it looked like they had a lot of guest staying there from what we saw at breakfast) and had what we needed to spend a quick weekend.
The drive up to the hotel had a lot of potholes and wasn't a very smooth road that could be fixed.

Great value for the money.
Loved the studio with stovetop range and large fridge. Very comfortable and clean, also decent breakfast offered.
Pool was closed.

Sad to say, unless they can do the right thing and completely refund me for that weekend, I will never be staying at the
Clean and comes with dishes to cook
The Element is the only hotel around equipped with kitchens in the rooms for cooking. My stay was 4/28-4/30. After making dinner and working remotely overnight from my suite, and confirming my stay for another night (before going out on the morning of 4/29), I returned a few hours later only to find that the staff cleaned my room and threw away all my belongings (cooked dinner, bottle of wine, cosmetics & toiletries) without approval while and LONG before check out time. The dishes were not washed and returned to the kitchen area, but missing along with the food I cooked so I didn’t have to spend extra money eating the rest of my stay. A 3 liter bottle of wine, gone. very expensive body wash, shampoo, facial cleaners, gone. My key to my room still had access upon my return, meaning the staff was well aware that I was returning and STILL chose to throw my belongings away. Luckily, Id taken my laptop with me. The lady at the front desk Sunday morning (4/30) was extremely rude, nonchalant, and very defensive and adamant about the fact that although she could confirm my stay was an extra day, her and her staff did nothing wrong and accepted zero responsibility for any of this. These actions knowingly cost me money and still happened with no remorse or retribution on the behalf of the Element hotel. I have stayed here countless times as I live in the area. Sad to say, unless they can do the right thing and completely refund me for that weekend, I will never be staying at the Element hotel ever again.
