Back Home for 2 days !!

Shane was so helpful at the front desk. He remembered I wanted to stay another night. It was sold out but he had a cancelation n called. Thank you!! Great time back home. Will stay again . Now back to Florida!! My new home now for 2 yrs.

No breakfast really. Juice machine not working either

The location was good

I was biting by a bedbug and we also asked for none smoking room . But it wasn’t the case.

This is the worst hotel we ever stayed at. Did not match up with photos on line.

Nothing made me happy.

We had no water to take a shower.

Very disappointed

It was not a nice place at all, we ask right away for it to be taken off our charge card. We were never refunded our money. We found a better place to stay!

Disappointing

Advertised continental breakfast, but they offered coffee in tiny cups.

People smoking in the entranceways was annoying.

There was no breakfasts. The room was not as bad as I thought it would be.

Never received a call back from staff regarding a refund due to emergency.

The bed was comfy and location was great

The door to the room was broken. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. The floor to the shower was squishy. The floor was not complete between the bathroom and bed area.

The bed was comfortable. Allowed dogs.. Room to walk dogs.

Lacked cleanliness. Never used shower Trash was left at the door inside. Crack around door. Little uneasy.

We needed a room to stay in due to new years...upon returning to our room we noticed bugs all over our bathroom sink.

Thier was bugs on the wall spiders 5 of the I hit with my slippers took a picture of the bug on the wall.Bath room floor was sticky not enough towels for 2 people tryed to call the front desk and the phone was not working.i won't stay thier again

We paid 100 per night for a seedy hotel when it should be 45 per night.

Bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice.

BIG FAIL on cleanliness - we found mold in the coffee maker (A LOT OF MOLD - like water was left in the reservoir for a long long time and was never looked at or cleaned) Also, a little bit of poop was smeared on the outside of the toilet bowl. A few cob webs hanging in the corners of the room. I knew it was a seedy hotel when I booked, which is fine, I don't mind the occasional junkie on site, as long as it is clean. It wasn't clean to a normal motel standard, that is why the low score.

People outside our room at night loud on there phone , slamming door and in and out of car. Hard time trying to sleep..

Bed was comfortable

Shower floor wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot stick inside of front door is/was so dirty deadbolt did not close not a good door seal could see outside burn holes all over linens (sheets blanket coverlet) broken window and tape on screen
