No microwave. Floor was dirty.

Not worth the money. Place is dirty and looks like a hangout for meth heads. We were in town for concert in Gilford — room we stayed in was near the door and people banging in and out kept us awake all night. Thin walls— cable didn’t work and the toilet hardly flushed. Not with the $190 a night. This is a cheap motel at most.

No breakfast, and no pool
Everything, the staff was rude, the told us that the pool has been closed since covid, but they still advertise one. The rooms were dirty, they bed linens smelt
1.0
Nothing. I don’t know how this place is allowed to be a part of a nationally recognized chain. There are zero standards being adhered to here.
It was completely filthy and disgusting. Curtains not covering the windows, gross bathroom, rusty coat hanger on the hallway floor along with so much dirt and other debris everywhere--inside, outside. This moldy, dingy place hasn't seen a vacuum, mop, or sponge in ages and ages. And they had the nerve to charge $300 for this. Never again. And you shouldn't either...

Said pool but wasn’t and there was a bad odor in the halls and musty smell

Location
Seems a bit run down. The step leading into the property was extremely high and very easy to trip on.

Nothing.
Where should I begin, I went there with my family of 5 including 3 small children. From the very beginning the service was next to none and unacceptable. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. The whole hotel had a horrible smell that was unbearable. The pool was out of order, as well as the fitness center and a gaming room which is an advertised feature and a reason for choosing that hotel. When we arrived in the room that also had a horrible smell. The remote for the TV didn't work and there wasn't even basic cable only like 6 channels. Later we found that the shower in the room wasn't working either. We will never stay there again and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, not anyone at all.

I was charged for a king suite that was supposed to have a kitchen and couch and then I was put in a double room and still charged the premium price

The beds and pillows were ok
There was no pool on property as stated had to travel 8 minutes to another hotel for a pool. The tub had hair in it. The rooms were nothing like advertised on the internet. This is the second time I've used booking lately and have had horrible service. I have never had horrible service like this with booking. I think you should send someone out to check out these places before advertising on booking.

Breakfast was decent. Location was good.
Pool closed, but not advertised as such. Dead rotting mouse just outside our room. Fitness room used as storage. No restaurant as shown on website. Stains on walls of room.

No hot water; door latch was broken and anyone could push and enter room. The management wouldn’t even look at the door for over an hour, once we’ve already found another. hotel to stay for the night.

We left immediately because we felt unsafe at this hotel. There was a man nodding off in his car and the entire hotel was in disrepair. AND it was incredibly overpriced at almost $300. I knew there was just a slim chance I'd get my money back but we just couldn't stay somewhere not safe.

Old dirty dated noisy and it had a horrible smell… When we pulled up the building looked abandoned. It was not worth the money that we paid per night… It was one step up from prison life… very bad choice…The place needs to be condemned knocked down and rebuilt from the bottom up…

It was in a good location.
It had hair on the beds, drain of shower covered in rust. The pool had glass on the floor and my friend got some in her foot. Fitness room was just storage. The pull out bed was insanely uncomfortable, coming from someone who backcountry camps. The price was absurd for how bad the place was and much renovations and upkeep it needed to be considered decent. The ping pong table was broken and the person at the front charged us more when we booked for 5. He claimed we only booked for 2, which my email said 5.

Room was outdated, bathroom left a lot to be desired. pool was not working which was one of our main reasons for selecting it.

The Pool and the balcony
The fact that someone let someone into my room when I was in the shower. Also the staff was not that friendly and didn't seem to care that someone was let into my room when I was showering.

Breakfast was ok! Simple enough! Would never pay for what they had though
The room was very basic! Blow dryer didn’t work! Shower was not clean!

photos online showed it being in better condition, game room was not as advertised, bathroom was dirty and there’s no smoking in rooms but all guests were smoking right out side there rooms and it was coming into our room. we had to ask to use the pool for the kids and they only opened it for an hour it was not heated. We believe the people staying there live there by housing vouchers from the state. Dog in hotel room next door kept barking. People up late standing outside hotel room smoking

it was pet friendly and pretty clean. good restaurant attached
the people next door who were living there had the cops come to their hotel at 2 am and then had a giant fight. beds not comfortable.
8.0
Beautiful new room furnishings, bed was comfy, sheets were pristine, customer service was exceptional.
Didnt like the outside of hotel/ room door, thin walls and old tub and hard water.
Water smelled a bit "sulfery" and remote control for tvwas the kind that many hotels have been using since CV-19 started.
Generic soap/shampoo generic coffee.

The pool area smelled of mold and was really dirty
