Passable

Francesca at front desk was amazing! Uncle's dive bar was tops! Jose was the perfect host!

The bathtub had yellow water in it. There were cigarette burns around the sink and reddish brown stains on the bathroom door.

The staff member named Leslie was very helpful.

I did not like being charged for a room a day before I checked in. I did not stay . I requested a refund and stayed at The Holiday Express. Appearance and condition of the room was below standards and over all appearances was less than appealing. Furniture and Decor very outdated. Overall way below my standards or expectations. I'm not sure if I will use booking.com. again based off this experience. It is clear they do not check or stay at where they are offering service.

Never Staying or Recommending this place

the staff tried hard to make it comfortable for us. they didn't have much to work with I blame management and the owners for my unpleasant stay, not the front desk and maids

bugs in the 1st room. Door didn't lock. We were moved to another room. In that room the bathtub was dirty. There was no remote for the tv, not even at the front desk. I also was told maids don't clean rooms everyday. I noticed only 2 maids in the building, Maybe they can't get to all the rooms. The hallway carpets were filthy. I noticed that all the security cameras weren't working. Like I said, the staff did what they could with what they had. Owners and upper management is the problem

POOR EXPERIENCE and it's NOT OVER

It was better than sleeping my car

Booked a double for 2 days, they oversold rooms and only had a single - then threw an old mattress on the floor and said, here's a double. The check in took over 20 minutes as they were understaffed. The hotel is old, not updated, dirty and the staff is not very helpful. I'm still dealing with overbooking charges on my credit card

We have a nice stay.

Room was clean and nice that they have everything we needed. Had a free breakfast and accommodating staff.

Our room has a faint smell of cigarette, outside hallway in second floor was very hot , I think the air-con is not working. Just need update on some facilities.

It was literally Fl the worst hotel stay of my life.

Run down and dirty. No tv remote. No refrigerator in my room. No shower curtain. Staff had to get all 3 for me. The ac wasn’t on when I got there and after turning it on the room never cooled down. It was THEE worst hotel stay I have ever had. Thankfully it was only for one night.

It was OK. Service was good but problems I had should have been seen before my arrival.

Leslie at the check in desk was very professional and friendly. She also helped me when the remote for the TV in my room did not work. She also brought an iron to my room when I let her know that my room did not have one.

Room could have be cleaner. I also killed about a dozen small flies in the room during my 1 day stay. Most of them were in the bath room.
