It was ok for a night.

Staff was friendly

When I first checked in there was a used washcloth draped over the shower rod. There also was no shampoo or conditioner. So not a good first impression. Also I could not locate an ice machine. The access road up to the hotel which also has a Holiday inn next door is in terrible shape. The access road has overgrown vegetation spilling out into the travel lanes, not a safe condition. I don’t know who is responsible to clean that up but it should be done pronto.

Book another hotel.

Nothing. Booked another hotel. Could.not stay there.

Rooms were filthy. Stains, hair, dust dirt. Floor looked washed with dirty water . Wiped section of floor with cloth and cloth became filthy dirty. Gave me another room..less hair but floor was still dirty.

I don't believe that we would stay here again

This place was just ok.

Room was kind of dingy. Needs a makeover! Too much noise at night with kids drinking and smoking in the parking.

Just off the highway, everything needed in the room, very nice.

There was smell of smoke in the first room we got. As soon as we complained about this, we were up-grated to the better room. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Both rooms were big, clean, well equipped. The location -just off the highway -is covenient.

The breakfast consisted of coffee, tea and muffins.

Room was fine; breakfast not so much

The price was good for a chain hotel with basic amenities. Close to several decent restaurants.

There is no breakfast as advertised. They need to call a Hampton for some training. All that was there were prepackaged, stale chocolate muffins, granola bars, and coffee. Literally that's it. No yogurt. No bagels. No cereal. No juice. Bad.

(1). The customer service EXCEPTIONAL. Upon arrival the gentleman was welcoming and informative on restaurants in the area & movie theater. We thought we left something behind & upon calling the front desk, not only did she check the room but even called housekeeping immediately. Trustworthy staff. (2). Though clean, hallway smelled of mothballs. (3). The bed quite lumpy. (4). Bfast was only granola bars & tasted like wrapped dried/old muffins. (5). Price good for the area as other pricings over the wkend, was well over $200 into over $300 thru to Milford PA.
