I always come back here because the management is awesome and they’ve matched other hotel’s rates.

I didn’t have the breakfast because I don’t eat it but I did have the coffee and it was excellent!

Having to pay for a room I didn’t use was rediculous considering I tried to cancel within an hour of making the reservat

Overall it suited our needs .

No breakfast available. Would have liked a continental breakfast and being close to the street , it was a bit noisy.

The owner yells at you and is very disrespectful. I would never stay here again.

The only thing good about here is the location. NOTHING ELSE!

The staff was horrible. The owner is so rude to people, and they make you feel so unwelcome. He yells at people for coming around. He is very disrespectful, and if I were looking for a place to stay it would definitely not be here ever again.

very disappointed not the worst room I’ve ever stayed in but certainly the worst Windham property I’ve seen. on a lighte

The place was good for the price I paid.

Location was just off of I-81 which made it a convenient stop for me. The front desk person was efficient, informative and courteous. The room was comfortable and I liked having a balcony, as I don't like the big "box" rooms most places have.

The place could use some improvements such as the doors, and esthetics of the room.

Horrible experience

Absolutely nothing. Our room was so disgusting.

Our room was filled with smoke like 18 truckers just left. It was filled with Flys like somthing died. Bath towels used along with a bar of soap left in the shower plus food trash cups left it was so disgusting. I went to talk to the manager an he yelled at me because I didn't let him know sooner. I was there to dj a wedding near by i checked in and had to get to the venue. He said he cleaned the room himself but the room was not touched.... we ended up leaving driving 4 hours back to nj

There was nothing to like about it at all. The bed looked unmade and the sheets looked bad because of all the burn marks and stains. Not comfortable at all.
