せっかくくつろぎに来たのに、部屋の掃除が入らなかったのが残念。また、網戸が壊れており少し設備が古く感じた。

Would not stay there again

The location

There was no AC in my room. There was nowhere to park. The cleaning staff was rude. The hotel manager was rude and refused to give me a business receipt even though they gave me one. the previous time I stayed a week prior. The first time I stayed there was great, but this time was a far drop from then.

Crestwood was an excellent stay and worth the cost.

Crestwood is located next to the gondola, loved the convenient area next to the gondola to park skis and boots. The staff were all outstanding, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Our condo was clean and well appointed. we can’t wait to go back!

An updated condo with good beds and room for kids to spread out.

We were looking for a nice condo in the offseason (fall) at a resort and were more flexible where we stayed. This was a good value and a very comfortable condo. There was plenty of space for our young kids. We would come back and stay longer next time.

No major issues. There was some construction/road work outside the condo. You have affected traffic patters in the two blocks before the condo. No issues with noise so it was a pretty minor inconvenience.

Snowmass trip

The staff was great. The shuttle bus drivers were kind and helpful. The apartment was nice, and the beds comfortable.

We felt it was somewhat noisy at night. The people above us got in late, so we heard their footsteps for awhile. Granted there was a large convention in town, so some noise is understandable.

Understated, handsomely decorated condo with nice outdoor pool/hot tub and great customer service

Excellent staff - best customer service I received on this trip. JT really stood out (he greeted me at my car and help me with anything I needed throughout my stay). Handsome, tasteful, understated decor in condo that complemented the natural surroundings but didn't try to compete with them.

A few small details would have made it even better: no robe hook in bathroom, ceiling fan in bedroom was a bit loud, TV selections were minimal, surprised they didn't have better coffee in unit for a place of the caliber (it was Maxwell House).

A bit pricey but overall good place to explore Aspen and it’s sourroundings

The place is spacious as described in the app and the hot tub is located nicely outside with direct views of the ski slopes

no air conditions, not a lot of equipment in the kitchen, could use some updates wrt. to technical equipment (e.g cd-player only).

Great location and place to stay!

Great place very comfortable and would return. Just one note - the guest shower is missing the shower curtain. Not a problem for us we didn't use the shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we come back we will stay at the Crestwood again.

The staff was very helpful. The grounds were clean and beautiful. The location was perfect. The staff quickly adjusted our reservation when a mistake was made.

Booking.com did not send enough information about the reception desk and check-in process nor did you provide information about the building in which our condo was located. We were able to figure it out but it would have been nice to have more explicit instructions.
