It was clean. Looks fairly new. Allows pets for a minimal fee.
We had a room that adjoined to another. The room next room from our room was super loud. We could hear their entire conversations from inside our room.

Room was essentially clean.
The mattress was quite poor. It was quite uncomfortable. We have stayed there before and never had such an uncomfortable mattress. I was in severe back pain and I got very little sleep both nights. The breakfast was Bad. The orange juice was brown in color and tasted gross. The little round coffee cakes were as hard as a rock. Obviously they were old. I couldn’t even cut into one of them with a knife. The bath towels were thin and flimsy! Not much to them.

Smelly and very old tired decor

It was close to everything, very basic but very clean. I expected it to not be as good but it was perfect for a over night stay

breakfast room was way too small, bathroom too small and floor was sticky

Location is good, walk distance ( if you do walk).
Breakfast are nothing special, the only proteins you will get is boiled eggs and yogurt. The rest is waffles, cupcakes, bagels and toast. Butter, syrup and jam. I’m not a coffee lover however they offer coffee and not real orange and apple juice. They also offer cereal and milk.
The breakfast could offer something hot besisdes the waffle. Add some cheese or ham, real juice won’t hurt.
The furniture is dated, however the bathroom and towels was clean as cristal.

Cute, quaint, easy to get to.
Random, but probably the best water pressure for a hotel shower that I’ve ever had! that was awesome!
slept comfortably, staff was friendly and helpful.
breakfast area was very small and they didn’t really want you to take food back to your room. if some people didn’t do that, there wouldn’t have been any room to move. the price was very high for one night!

strange bugs in the restroom, seemed like they were slowly dying but…

Good location. Comfortable room. Good daily clean and refresh of towels. 24 hour coffee in lobby.
Very basic breakfast. Earlier rises cleaned out many items.

Located pretty close to main street with all the shops but far enough away from all the noise. Pretty easy check in/out.
Staff seemed blah. Not very welcoming. Staff was absent from the front very often. At one point Staff was in pjs lounging in the lobby chairs. Condoms were visible from the lobby trash can- gross. Breakfast area hallway smelled like wet dog. Room kept moisture and smelled odd. Bed wasn't very comfortable, we both had trouble sleeping. Thin covers.

The room was clean & comfortable!! Was a little expensive, but that is to be expected in the hot spot of Fredericksburg! Very close to main shopping & eating area!
Expensive - but the cost was on par with other hotels in the area.

A lot of parking spots.
The breakfast was very poor.

Not enough variety and way too small of an area to accommodate the amount of people. Had only one waffle maker.
Food left in microwave from previous guest. House keeping needs to pay attention to the closed spaces like microwaves/fridge. Everything was clean and sufficient.
