Room was very clean and spacious. Very quiet and peaceful despite being fully booked. Pool very clean and inviting. Room had all toiletries, clean rags and towels upon arrival.

The only thing I didn't like was that our room was in the back without a good view. However, at check in the staff explained they were full head to use rooms in back. If a view is important to you, I would ask for a front room when making reservations.

Check-in person was extremely unpleasant. If it hadn't been so late, and we weren't so tired, we'd have looked for another place.

Non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke

The owner/staff was very nice and responsive. Pets are allowed for a fee.

We requested non-smoking rooms, and our rooms smelled strongly of smoke. The owner allowed us to switch one of the rooms, but the new room smelled almost as strongly as the first one after the room spray air freshener wore off. The smell was so bad we didn't want to stay, and when we came home all our belongings smelled like smoke. Instead of feeling relaxed there, we tried to spend as little time in our rooms as humanly possible.

Beds were terrible could not sleep at all. Not that many people there but they put every one's room right beside each other doors slammed all night long.

The staff was great, they were extremely nice. They were accommodating, even when we added a night on last minute. Wonderful stay and the location was a happy medium between lookout mountain and downtown.

Location. Just off interstate. Easy in an out. Gas an food easy to get to.. have stayed their several times when going to or through Chattanooga..

E arrived 1 hour early they charged $20 for checking in early the pics on the internet wasn't even the same building or rooms nothing on the site matched the rooms

Overall we had a good stay. Easy check in and out along with a pretty clean room and view.

The location was just right. Located right off the interstate between downtown Chattanooga and the mountains. 15 min ride to either spot.

It was hard to find located behind another hotel but that wasn’t a bad thing either because it was hidden away.

Gets the job done.

Room was clean; hotel was quiet; pool was open and in good condition. Location convenient to both Chattanooga and attractions in North Georgia.

Pillows and bedding were lacking. Pillows were lumpy and went flat with weight on them, nor were there enough for 3-4 people. The bedding was tolerable but not overly soft/comfortable. Under the present circumstance, I would highly recommend bringing your own pillows/blanket, which isn't something I feel should be necessary given the price point. No coffee maker in the room; an unstable glass table sat atop the mini-fridge that could potentially be dangerous for kids; the WiFi didn't work for the Roku we brought. No breakfast was served, though it was advertised as included.

Very clean and quiet. We felt very safe and the staff was friendly. Close to all attractions. We would definitely recommend this place
