The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were surprisingly good (waffles, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, microwavable burritos and sandwiches, yogurt and snacks and a coffee maker with many options), parking was plentiful, the pool area was well maintained and even had a gas/charcoal grill. They have a functioning ice maker.
We had to endure an excessively noisy air conditioning compressor the first night of a 4 night stay but it was fixed on day 2. When I reported it to the front desk I was told they would see about discounting my first night but they never did. When they repaired the AC they spilled water on the carpet and failed to clean it up. It was almost dry by the time we checked out. The toilet would intermittently not fill and the only fix was to jiggle the handle/chain.

It was clean, it was a nice room.
We got there late for breakfast, not much to choose from

It is definitely an older facility but it is very clean, wirh comfortable room with friendly staff, and they seem to be upgrading rooms (which is good because the carpets ARE very old and worn, but not objectionably,). VERY convenient to several good cafes (Morning Glory and Sammich, for example). Plus, their "continental" breakfast had much more variety than most and the offerings were fresh.
Miscellaneous construction noises one early morning and the sounds of running water in other rooms late at night. (One night apparently a toilet in another room had a leaky valve because it kept running a little water to refill the tank -- all night)

Nothing it was great.

Bedding. I can't use comforters since they make me too hot. Then, without a blanket, when I remove the comforter I'm too cold.

The Room was comfortable and well stocked. Was a bit disappointed about not having a bathtub but the shower was nice. I liked that there was shampoo and conditioner and soap.
The talking crossing signal right by the college was a little bit of a downer.

Price. Comfy bed. That's about it. Location wasn't bad. Restaurant next to the property was okay...not great...but okay.
Room had a bizarre odor...a combination of cleaned up smoking room and carpet beyond it's functional life expectancy.

There wasn't anything that I liked about this place.
Room hadn't been dusted properly, you could see dust in the air and on the furniture. Exhaust fan in bathroom caked in dust, and there was mold/mildew in shower. No Hot water in the sink or shower, so we couldn't take a shower or wash our hands properly. The bed was absolutely terrible, it was so hard that it felt like you were sleeping on a stone table. Breakfast was terrible, tasted like the items we had, had been frozen and de-thawed multiple times, coffee tasted awefull as well.

the coffee in the room was better than usual
might have been nice for the dog to have a rug to sleep on...it was a pet friendly room and was odor free by the way
