Location, chilly pool (perfect in heat wave!), includes breakfast, AC.
Mattress a little worn, stairs to second floor rooms.

Great Location, Good breakfast, at a reasonable price!
The parking lot was confusing

Close to downtown, clean, and when I was traveling in the off season, quiet. The room was small, housekeeping for a 3 night stay is by request. Felt safe, friendly staff and ev charging.
Parking was okay when I was there but if it had been busier, could be a problem. Heater was loud and rain dripping from roof made a loud tapping. No microwave in room - there was a fridge.

Great location
Didn’t like hearing the couple upstairs having sex at 3:50 am.
Woke me up!!

Great breakfast. Excellent location and pool!

Staff were super courteous, breakfast was excellent—everything I wanted plus more.
The building we stayed in seems to be the oldest. Spend a little more and stay in the newer buildings, much nicer.

We have an electric vehicle and it was fantastic being able to charge for a few extra miles overnight,
The room was super stuffy and hot when we arrived. We had to leave and let it cool down before we could comfortably stay inside. If the hotel could turn on the AC even on low when they know someone is arriving in 90 degree heat it would be a great touch. Then....it was extremely loud so we could not sleep with it on, so again it was uncomfortable. Rooms just need an HVAC update.

Very close to Ashland Creek and all the shops and restaurants in town. Staff was friendly. Love how clean and cozy it was.
The walls are a little thin

Clean, comfortable, safe facility in great location for walking access to Ashland & Lithia Park. Was traveling with dog, she loved it & felt very welcome.
Nothing, just a bit tricky navigating the crosswalk in triangle the first time.
4.1
ample parking, good location
very thin walls so sound carried, small rooms with dirty carpet, television didn’t work

we didn’t have all the amities required for the room

Nice property in the middle of everything
My heater didn’t work. it would blow warm but then go cold. I called 3 times trying to get some help…only to see a small portable room heater when I was packing up. Had I or the staff realized it would have been a much warmer stay. 😅😂

Front desk was great..loved that my furry kid could stay..loved that I just backed in and my door was right there..loved that it was right in town..bed was comfortable.shower was good enough.
The only thing I didn't care for was being able to hear the room next door and they weren't even loud...I always say beds should be on opposite sides and not head to head with a thin wall...

property is located in the downtown core which at this time of year was well decorated for the holidays. checking in was easy and the desk staff was accomodating and helpful. parking outside the ground floor unit was helpful to access the unit, and the parking lot was located in the privacy of the hotel courtyard. self serve breakfast consisted of egg, sausage reheat muffin, yogurt, and a choice of a few bread itmes. not the quality of a best western,
the king bed room was small, fridge but no microwave. the most disapointing of our stay was absolutley no hot water pressure in the unit, for shower or sink, and when the hot water tap was on there was no hot water, lukwarm at best, the office staff said it needed time to produce hot water, 10 mintes later, nothing. this quality control for a best western is unacceptable, but once checked in your stuck and for the cost of a room in january, no one seems to care about the customer

It was wonderful to have a cozy room at a great price. The second time we returned we were able to charge our electric vehicle for no cost throughout the night and the staff made that happen! Pleasant surprise!
The room I had with one king bed on the ground floor was a tad tight so I think I wouldn't want to stay there long long term. It was great though for keeping the room warm during a cold winter's night.
4.1
Great location comfortable room and fantastic reception. When we checked in the receptionist provided us with a great suggestion for dinner, which we would not have found otherwise. And everything is within walking distance. Only reason for lower rating is that the room was FREEZING when we arrived and took quite some time to warm up (we stayed in December) and the TV was not working. These factors aside, this was a very comfortable stay for a great rate.
Freezing room and non functioning tv.

Great location for seeing plays and going to restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms appeared to be recently redone — they were spotless. Continental breakfast was nicer than expected; lots of choices.
Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00 didn’t allow enough time. 7:00 to 10:00 would have been much better.

close to shopping and restaurants. easy walk to the OSF theater.
room was small.
