Somente a localização e o estacionamento foram bons.

Boa localização e bom estacionamento.

O hotel está velho e desatualizado, a roupa de cama também está velha e danificada, os travesseiros de pena tinham odor desagradável, a reposição de toalhas foi deficiente, ruído altíssimo da estutura hidráulica do quarto ao lado (ao utilizar ducha ou dar descaraga), o carpete no quarto tinha aparência suja e havia poeira nos móveis.

Quarto confortavel, hotel bem localizado, ótima estadia.

Quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, banheiro amplo com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido no estilo refil dentro do box, muito bom. O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas achei bem confortável e agradável minha estadia.

Carpete no quarto.

Lage Top aber für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten

Unterkunft liegt fussläufig zur Sawgrass Mills Mall. Die Unterkunft verfügt zudem über einen Pool. Frühstück kostet extra.

Das Zimmer war abgenutzt, der Teppich wies diverse Flecken auf, es war nicht gründlich gereinigt, dick Staub im Kleiderschrank, Bad verstaubt, Tapete löste sich von der Wand, diverse Flecken im Zimmer. Unser Zimmer wurde doppelt vergeben, als wir unsere Koffer nachmittags auspackten, standen auf einmal weitere Hotelgäste in unserem Zimmer die auch eine Zimmerkarte erhalten haben. Zum Glück waren wir im Zimmer! Auch der Whirlpool war sehr dreckig.

Decent facility, but our room was not quite par with Hilton standards

Location was convenient. And the beds were very typical of Hilton…Extremely comfortable. Love their pillows and bedding.

The carpet in our room was very stained and smelly. I wouldn’t walk on it barefooted. Definitely not up to Hilton standards.

excellent place to stay for hockey

nice clean room, lots of space, comfortable mat , coffee set, excellent a\c, close to the Amerant bank arena and the sawgrass mills , well equipped gym and adjacent pool with jacuzzi, standard quality breakfast , helpful stuff

nothing major. i am pretty old style so i would like to be able to read the fresh newspapers during the breakfast in a paper form.

Nice location, but could use some extra cleaning.

Close to the mall and hockey arena! Staff were nice and checked me in early when my room was available.

It’s a little dated and worn. There were chips on the floor in our closet (when we arrived), discoloured shower curtain, slightly stained duvet cover.

Localização excelente para o propósito da viagem, perto de várias lojas e do outlet. Quarto e banheiro amplos, cama macia, chuveiro bom, tudo mto bom! Nossa reserva era sem café da manhã, mas tem um Starbucks Express embaixo que ajuda bastante! Equipe gentil e atenciosa!

Acomodação atendeu às expectativas porém não recomendo utilizarem o sofá-cama.

Hotel muito bom, próximo dos principais malls e outlets da região. Instalações comuns boas, com boa higiene e um ótimo restaurante. As instalações dos quartos também são boas, quartos espaçosos, banheiro espaçoso e higiênico também. Recomendo e retornaria para esse hotel.

Não tive situações ou experiências para me queixar. O hotel é ótimo, tem muitas vagas de estacionamento e todas as instalações atenderam às nossas necessidades. Talvez a cordialidade dos atendentes na recepção pudesse ser um pouco melhor com estrangeiros.

No acepten una habitación cerca del ascensor. Revisen bien si el desayuno está incluido.

Muy bien las instalaciones y el personal, también la ubicación

Nos dieron una habitación al lado del ascensor, que hace un ruido muy molesto durante toda la noche que no nos dejó dormir. Nos regalaron un desayuno por el inconveniente, lo que me pareció un buen gesto, sin embargo, creo que finalmente la estadía no estuvo acorde a los 170 dólares la noche.

Overall my stay was good and made more memorable by especially helpful and friendly staff like Ms. Diane B. She goes the

Friendly staff and with in-house ATM machine and Starbucks Cafe and in-house Restaurant and complimentary Cookies at the counter - all these factors made it easy & enjoyable during the stay.

I had a double bed and one of the beds were not cleaned properly. The carpet was old and does not look appealing. Same breakfast everyday - was a bit boring.
