It was clean, check in staff were nice!
We paid 200.00 a night and they had a note on the desk that aid housekeeping staff was short and they would not be servicing our room. We had to ask for towels and pile up old towels in the corner of the bathroom! Breakfast was served 6a to 9a and by 8 a the service staff was overwhelmed with the numbers of people and were refusing to put out more warm food items. For 200.00 a night it was disappointing.

Proximity to a good old fashioned restaurant.
All ok.

Staff is friendly, hotel breakfast is better than most. They try hard!
I feel like housekeeping should freshen your room daily unless you waive them off. I had to call

Breakfast was decent,beds were comfortable
Television would turn on but wouldn't change stations ,shower rod needs to be fixed,as does the hot cold lever is loose

The bed was comfortable, and overall, the noise level was good. Quiet after 10:30 pm. Breakfast was acceptable; the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were a great option.
The bathroom was in desperate need of repair/updating. The grout between floor tiles was crumbling, and the tiles were loose. The bathroom sink was cracked; the tub/shower fixture was loose. ~ There was NO maid service for our 2-day stay, and when I went to the front desk to get clean towels for our second day, no one was covering the desk, nor did they answer the pager. ~ I know adequate staffing is challenging, and perhaps a better pay scale would be incentive to keep employees on board; or a change in management. ~ On a scale of 1-10, we rated the Lodge as a 4.

I booked a room that would hold 2 adults and 4 kids but when I got there, all they had was a normal two queen bed room. We had to squeeze into the room and a kid had to sleep on the floor. The staff said that booking.com did not represent the hotel correctly.

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable

The Breakfast was really good. We enjoyed it.
The room just needed some deep cleaning. The vent in the bathroom had thick dust on it, The Elevator lights had dead bugs. It was a wonderful Hotel, just needs a few extra "Deep Cleaning Days".

pillows, bed comfort, and over all room needed an update

The only thing okay with this place was the breakfast
The hot tub had such a leak they continuously had to run a garden hose in it so it was ice cold and there is no way it was sanitary because the water level was not even close the the skimmer (where the chlorine would be).
1.5
Close location to where we needed to be
There was no water in the vending machines, so had to go to a gas station for a water bottle so we could make formula for our son. Our door latch was also completely broken off in our room.
5.0
Very comfortable and friendly. Just stayed one night but everything was clean and quiet for us. Good location too.
Breakfast wasn’t much, but doing things the Covid way puts a damper on things.

Everyone is super friendly, quiet place, close to everything. Made great memories!
Needs updated. Pool is really shallow.
