Wish I I could get a refund

The location and view of the water

Needs a ton of updates. Bedding needs to be redone. Need paint and cracks fixed. You can’t turn the are up soo you either freeze or turn it off.

It was ok for the money would stay again

I love the location of the place. I love how the staff had great room service. I like how they had a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

I dislike the room smelled of mold. I dislike the front door had a problem opening

Great Value but sketchy on the basic things to the eye

Staff was great but a lot of the things that were broke shouldn’t have allowed people in those rooms unless it’s a $29/$39 price and bed bugs are free…Sad standards

sheets were dirty and the bathroom faucets were broken with tape over them…this isn’t the 1980’s if your making money fix the stuff

I wouldn't know I never got checked in

I didn't like how rude the staff is I had to work all day so I set up the reservation for my boyfriend to check in and upon his arrival to check in they told him he could not he was not on the reservation and he sat in the vehicle waiting for me to get off of work for 5 hours with two large dogs when I got off work I called booking.com whom was very helpful and found that the reservation didn't even have my name on it at all they should have let him check in they should only would have had to do was take an extra moment if that to see that the reservation was in his name and that they should have checked him in but instead they wouldn't check him in and wanted another $100 cash deposit for quote unquote incidental which it didn't say anything about that even in the fine print. Very rude staff and management no customer service

Horrible ! Don’t ever stay ! You’ll do better sleeping in your vehicle

I booked for one night & didn’t even stay, checked in at 2 & and left! made it back to room around 1am , wasn’t there even 10 min & seen bedbugs crawling- went to front desk to let them kno and her rude ass just said we don’t have bedbugs, so I said i recorded it! Long story short she never came to front & she said said we don’t do refunds ! I left that same min l, waste of money ! Don’t ever book here , place is wayyy beyond nasty & unsanitary for people to even sleep at ! I really wasted money cause I didn’t even sat on the bed ! Covers nasty, room just was outdated, pillows stained up ! Horrible I wouldn’t give one star ! Shut this place down ! It’s ridiculous!!

Front desk rep was rude. Right off the bat. Would not check is in. Reservation was for 3 adults. She said we had to pay extra. Because reservation was for only 1 adult. But I showed her the confirmation. And she argued. Wouldn't check in. And said we need to call booking. And handed me.my ID back. Very rude. And disrespectful

when we got there there was a ashtray in the bed. Then on top of that we were being harassed by meth heads at the pool. yeah been was completely rude and kicked us out before check out time

Run down, not clean, hard bed, flat pillows. We were told the night before that we had a late checkout (12:00) and then the next morning staff said they knew nothing about it and wanted to charge $15 an hour for a late checkout. Seemed very sketchy
