Pretty hotel, clean, staff is very friendly, close to cruise port
Kind of expensive per night for what the hotel offers. No pool, rooftop bar was closed

Close to the University where our daughter is attending.
This time the men out front (Valet parkers) weren’t very helpful when unloading our bags.

We loved the historic surroundings. The room was immaculate. We also enjoyed walking around nearby art galleries and restaurants.
The ice machines need an upgrade!

staff was friendly and very helpful. desserts were awesome!!!!!! so good. we got one of each and they were incredible. rooms were beautiful and clean, great location, lovely place to stay the night.
i was disappointed the rooftop bar was closed for renovations. obviously not their fault, has to be done, but i wish the price would have reflected that. no biggie... the staff was great, and the clean, comfy, gorgeous rooms made up for it. will return 10/10

The renovations are absolutely ridiculous.(in a good way) From the huge television, the beautiful Smart fridge, the super sexy shower....WOW. It was just amazing! Being able to watch Netflix on the television without having to jump through hoops was fantastic! As well as Showtime! I love watching tv so this was perfection! I ordered room service for breakfast and the food was amazing. This was no different from my last stay. Their food is incredible. I'm in love with this hotel. After writing this review, I don't even care about the atrium doors. Lol.
I stayed in this hotel in March 2022. It was my first time staying here and it was absolutely amazing. The main feature that I fell in love with was the fact that the doors in the atrium room opened to where you could hear the people in the lobby. I absolutely adored this. The hotel was under renovation at the time but it was still an amazing and beautiful place. Fast forward to June 2023 - I booked another atrium room because I was looking forward to opening the doors and listening to the music in the lobby, etc. Well, renovations are done and little did I know, the atrium doors no longer open. That was the whole point of me booking not only this room, but really the hotel overall. The place is still beautiful and the customer service is extraordinary. However, I'm extremely disappointed I can't open the atrium doors/windows. I guess I should've asked before booking the room. I just didn't think that would be a feature they would no longer have.

Nostalgic ambience; bar/bartender was excellent; the front desk staff was super; breakfast was awesome, so much so that our waiter brought the chef out to meet us; she was fabulous! The valet service was great; the shuttle to/from cruise terminal was very efficient and convenient.

I am partial to boutique hotels and historical buildings. The Tremont was 2 for 2. It was exceptionally clean and well-appointed with extras to make our stay comfortable. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable and the location was on the Strand surrounded by downtown shops and restaurants.
Our stay included the breakfast package. The food was delicious, however, the hotel restaurant wasn’t equipped to handle the summer crowds. I would not include breakfast with my future stays.

The hotel is simply beautiful and elegant. It was great to have a room overlooking the atrium. The room was super clean, stylish and comfortable. The hotel is old school glamour with a 21st century twist. The hotel is located right next to the Strand and close to many top eateries.
We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I have for improvement is more options for food in the hotel itself. There were snacks and small bites in the lobby/bar, but a bigger menu would be great.

classic hotel, suberbly renovated. Bar is outstanding.
Valet Parking could be more service oriented. Front of hotel very crowded (buses and delivery trucks) and my car was parked across street in only available space. the value would not take the car keys until all delivery trucks and busses cleared & car was moved across the street.
