I enjoyed my stay there it was relaxing and I would probably stay there again if I get it for the same price!

The fire alarm kept beeping all night. Other than that it was great.

be mindful it is a one night stay max, and literally no frills.

the location was great for Central Ave in Hot Springs… not far at all.

smoke smell in the room, even though we requested non-smoking… smoke detector battery was needing replaced, so it beeped all morning the day we were checking out, waking us up before 0600… the parking lot is very tight, and not a smart design to turn around to drive back out… the wall paint/coverings, and bathroom were beyond their usable age and need upgraded asap.

There was no breakfast and no pool. The king size bed was comfortable but it sat up do high I couldn't get in the bed I had to use a step stool. And I sm handicapped so it wad dangerous

The bed was to high off the ground. Dangerous for handicap people

SAFE AREA, CLEAN , EASY TO LOCAL ATRACTIONS, LOCAL RESTAURANTS WERE AVAILABLE.

I did not like the hotel at all If you are expecting breakfast at this one it is a no go you will have to go out. I did not like anything about this hotel

I did not like anything beds are to close to the door walls where cracked bathroom was to hot

Very good

I rented two rooms. Both rooms were completely remodeled and very nice. The outside of the place is a little dated but don't let it fool you. Beds were very comfortable. Frig, microwave, coffee pot, flat screen TV. No bed bugs, no bugs of any kind. Except the lightning bug that got in with us and gave us a light show. Definitely would rent again.

Old with some new mixed in

For an older motel has been updated Friendly service. Very quiet in the rooms. Heard no one else.

Bathrooms are pretty old. Missing shelf above the sink. Could use extra pillows

Last minute mistake..

The location.

It smelled, the carpet was nasty beyond description, the white comforter on the bed was stained. We even went to Wal-Mart and bought Febreze to cover the smell, but it didn't help 🤮! The heat/air worked very good tho. This was a spur of the moment trip and everyone else was booked! Will absolutely plan ahead next time..
