Comfortable, Clean, Space, Convenient and Friendly Staff

The second room I was moved to was very quiet.
The Latin group hanging out front drinking and the young lady hosting a Selena sing along. Front desk clerk said this was normal activity.
3.0 / 10.0
The front desk clerk was very nice and the location was just what we needed.
We could've dealt without the leaky faucet and the drain that wouldn't drain in the tub. Also, the ice machine being broke. Oh and let us not forget that when we were leaving (thank God) my daughter found a dirty blood stained tissue inside the ice bucket!!!!!

Everything was fine.
I have stay there before and this time I killed a big spider in the shower with me. It had a
Cockroach running around in the morning in front the bathroom area. The pillows were to small and thin.

The breakfast was good, and staff was polite. Enjoyed the variety of items to choose from
The front desk staff was awful. She was one of the most disrespectful young persons I have ever encountered. She was rude, unprofessional and no communication skills.

I liked the rooms
The late late night traffic that came in and out of the place was very uncomfortable

The breakfast was ok. Not great, but ok.
The check-in staff was inattentive and rude. My room was dreary, poorly-lit, filled with shabby old furniture, and smelled strange.

Serenity
Room was VERY clean but had a damp smell when walking in.

The property is in good condition. Like most properties, there were wear spots in the carpet, but the manager is doing a good job
A handicap room should have a handicap shower, not just adding some grab bars. You can do better.

It was away from traffic, yet close enough to everything. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was great each morning!
The tub did not drain properly every time one of us showered. The hallways reminded me of the American Horror Story Hotel where it was all outdated from the lights to the stained carpet. definitely did not match the lobby or the rooms.

Close to interstate. Lits of restaurants and shopping near by. Hotel receptionist Alanna was very outgoing and courteous, helpful and a pleasure to speak with! The breakfast buffet was awesome. Well stocked and best link sausage I’ve had in a while!
No drive up canopy to get out of weather while unloading. Also the curb ramp was off to the side by the sidewalk but was blocked by a car parked in front of it.

the staff were very friendly and very helpful in every way they could possibly be
the hotel is quite dated so you would think the charge for rooms would reflect being in the older category
