Rooms were filfty. Had to hold toilet handle down and count to 15 before it would flush
. Ice machines were broken. No coffee in rooms. Cigarette holes in sheets in a non smoking room
Had to pay $50 because I booked a non smoking room. Hangers broke. Holes on curtains
Tile on floor coming up. Shower curtain was discussing. Light switch didn't work
Would not stay ever again

It wasn't far from Bryant Denny Stadium. Easy to get to after game
One mattress on the bed. Felt like I was sleeping on a futon. Wasn't comfortable at all and the beds were full size. $350 I will never do this again. Oh and the free breakfast was only cereal milk and yogurt.

NOTHING
EVERYTHING, no coffee inside the room no coffee in the lobby, I have never been to a hotel where there was not coffee.

Have stayed here before. Tiffany at the desk was exceptional. Nice facility, quiet, comfortable, nice amenities.
Game weekend for Alabama so their prices were inflated. I don't get the math. Hotel was sparsley populated; talked to many people around game time who stayed in Birmingham because of high hotel prices. It seems to me a little bump would be appropriate, but filling your hotel is better than so many rooms vacant. Maybe housekeeping is a problem now, and they had to keep occupancy manageable. Nice hotel, though. Stayed there before, and probably will again. Nice folks.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were older, but clean enough and good size room.
Located by numerous restaurants and near a Sam’s club. We came in at night and it was a little difficult to locate (behind another business), but our main priorities are safe location and cleanliness. (Great staff is always a bonus-and they were a great bonus).
Better markings out on main road WOUKD bb helplful, but we would definitely come back.
