BED BUGS!!!!! This hotel is invested. It’s filthy and utterly disgusting!

NOTHING!

This was the worst hotel that Ive ever seen. The elevators are raggedy. The carpet is filthy. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. THEY HAVE BED BUGS!

Customer service is poor, the hotel smell like a mold, have a leak in the hotel room, by the way customer service gave me the wrong room and when I entered there was another person inside. I was only 5 minutes and I withdrew making my exit immediately.

Very horrible

Our first night there the room was very hot was not the room we requested did not match the pictures as advertised . Then we got another room had a huge white stain on the floor and also that room was very hot as well the ac units did not work and the pool was very dirty

The staff was amazing, breakfast was great. The floors were filthy in the room. The room reeked of smoke, marijauna.

Breakfast and staff were nice.

Disgusting upon the entrance. Carpet in hallway and rooms was dirty and smelling.. it was loud, dogs barking all night, music playing and doors slamming. I WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN!!!

This room was not worth $138.99. It wasn’t even worth half of it. I stayed at better Motel 6s

Terrible room, in a hallway that was uncarpeted and under maintenance, the recliner was broken, the tub had crud on it, and it drained very slowly. Toilet seat was loose.

The price and location. That’s it.

Staff was rude, had to wait for the guy at the desk to come in from smoking to check us in. hotel was dirty, 5th floor didn’t have carpet in half the hallway, 2nd night got in late after being at a band competition all day and once we got to the room in the slow elevator the key card didn’t work, went back down, the guy at the front desk had to rescan my card and said that it happens all the time. The doors outside the hotel didn’t have a place for you to scan your room key to get in so had to walk all the way around the hotel. Breakfast is a no.

It wasn’t nothing to write home about.. no need for pictures.

It was awful at first glance..an second an third for that matter.. the room it self wasn’t as bad as the elevator in the hallways in the lobby… but once I got in my room, I was OK… I guess they aren’t worried about appearances.

It was close to the airport

It was dirty. Air conditioning did not work in guest dining area and lobby making it extremely uncomfortable to eat. The pool was not working. There were leaks coming from the ceiling in the lobby that had a bucket under it. Upon departure, no staff was at desk and were no where to be found. We waited 30min and finally left without assistance.

Place is actively being renovated, with ladders and extension cords in the lobby and half of the hallway on my floor didn't have carpet. There was no food at the Breakfast bar, just coffee and juice.

it was close to my destination.

It was under construction and there was a deposit that I was not aware of until I reached the property. Also there were roaches crawling around the food area. The lobby was also very hot.
