Location and staff were wonderful. The rooms was cool when we walked in which was a nice change from the 107 degree temp outside!
The room was clean except for around the toilet. The bottom sides of the toilet at the floor had dried urine caked on it. When bending to put items on the vanity shelf or to turn on the water in the bathtub, the smell of dried urine was STRONG!
Also, the pool water was cloudy. It was not slimy nor smelled of chlorine but the chemicals definitely needed to be checked.

Room was dirty I paid for a king suite to be dirty and towels didn’t smell fresh

Love love love the staff & location.
Beds could be a tad more comfortable. Not your typical pillow top mattress like it used to be. But still a good night rest. Just trying to find a negative because you asked

The breakfast was okay the one day we got it. Location was great!
Hotel was not very clean! The entire hotel reeked of smoke! Parking lots and back entrance was dirty and weird people just hanging out smoking and doing other things. Our entrance door never worked right. Impossible to get in, then just left unlocked for 2 days and nights. Staff wasn’t friendly. Watching shows on their phones, acted like it was a pain to be interrupted.

Great value
Room keys stop working for side/back entrance and had to replace it twice.

Location. Cleanliness
Breakfast selection was disappointing. Unable to turn Shower off completely; caused water to leak on the floor. Hole in bathroom wall. TV remote did not work consistently.

The property is very well kept. The inside of the hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. The staff is nice, it is in a convenient location. Our only complaint is the outdoor entry card reader did not work, we had to wait for someone to let us in or walk around to the front of the hotel to get back to our room.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The location was excellent.
Having to go to the front desk to pick up clean towels every time you want to shower wasn't pleasant at all. Breakfast was limited to burnt egg and burnt sausage links, no fruit or healthy choices.

Convenient for the area.
The bathroom was dirty . Stain on towels, walls and shower curtain.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was good.
We asked for a quiet room. They put us next to the swimming pool. Kids were splashing water against our window and playing loudly! A dog barked all night next door to us. Second night, they moved us to a different room 2nd floor and it was nice. Do not stay next to the pool. We didn't know we would be there.

La Quinta has definitely stepped up their game. the hotel was clean and a nice environment. the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
just one thing, which is a HUGE pet-peeve for me. our key cards stopped working early in the morning. key cards should never stop working until at least AFTER check out time. The staff was apologetic about it but it’s frustrating to have to go through that.

It was comfortable and clean. Polite helpful staff and close to where we were working. We were able to watch the cowboys/buccaneers game at Woodys just around the corner.
There wasn't anything I didn't like

Elevator door was really messed up but that's just a small thing
