Building is tired and run-down. Decor leaves alot to be desired. Room was dark as not all lights had working fittings. Furniture is dated, does not match and un-kempt. Room smelt of damp and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The bed was very comfortable. the room was spacious and had charming antiques for some of the furniture. The set up of the tiny kitchen was excellent, we loved having an extra sink for preparing snacks etc. I also really liked the flower gardens in front of the window. it helped the room feel more private.
The shower head was old and the shower curtain didn't keep the spray in well. the bathroom exhaust fan was dirty and didn't really move any air at all. And it was loud!

It is very comfortable, quiet, clean and close to so much. Love staying there!
All was great

Charming? It didn't feel like a typical hotel room, which was nice.
Rather noisy. Our room was close to the road and was pretty loud especially leaving a window open to let in fresh air.

Charming, low-key, very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location.
Could not connect to the Wi-Fi.

Clean interior and cute property. Good location for our stay as we were close to friends at the boat slips.
The musty smell was terrible in the big section. It was tolerable in the smaller building where we stayed but still very noticeable. A professional should be consulted to determine cause and action.

My daughter and I decided to have a staycation and booked at the Harbor Inn. We loved it. The room was clean and spacious for both of us. It was easy to check in and out. The staff I communicated with was sweet and very helpful. I would definitely recommend The Harbor Inn.

TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker in the room. The room was clean.
The inn was 3/4 of a mile to restaurants, beach, and harbor and was an easy bike ride to central Santa Cruz and beyond.
The bathroom vanity (not in the bathroom) was obviously a handyman's effort. The furniture was Goodwill stuff, and the bed frame had legs that jutted out and probably account for twenty years of bruised shins.

Staff is friendly and responsive. Good value. Room was charming and included fridge, wave, coffee maker, iron and hair drier. 1/2 mile walk to beach and harbor shops, restaurants. Short drive to many other destinations in the area.
It is on a somewhat noisy street. The walls are pretty thin. The bed comfort was ok for me, but not as good as some mid-priced hotels. Had to request hangers for my closet. Could use a picnic table on the lawn.

It was within walking distance to the harbor where we were taking a cruise. It was also very clean.
My brother had a nice single room at the inn which had much more open space and a larger bathroom. If we ever return, I would opt for two of the regular rooms instead of the 2-story room.
We had a two story room. Two queen beds were in a loft. The ceiling sloped low over the beds and I had to stoop to get in and out of bed. Bumped my head once during the night. The banister only went about half way up the stairs which was very uncomfortable for me. I'm 70 and nervous about falling. There were 4 of us, and the common room downstairs was very crowded. Access to the bathroom downstairs was between a sink, appliances and a small table. We had to move our chairs for someone to enter the bathroom. The bathroom was quite small with a toilet and shower stall. The only sink was outside the bathroom.

Well for starters it was charming and good location close to food and the beach. The landscape was manner cured perfectly. I would definitely stay again. It was a little different not having contact with staff but we really didn’t need to.
You could hear the our neighbors next to us , almost word for word. This would be the only negative for this place and Ali it’ll more creamer and sugar for the coffee. The shower curtain is a little small.
