Pleasant , but won’t say at here again

Never going to stay there and I will let all family and friends to not stay there, remodel

I didn't give any likes, very disappointed with this property. The pictures look better then the actual room and property itself. The bathrooms are horrible, old, outdated, shower hardware was old looks like used parts, the faucets are old and need to be replaced the tv was small, the property needs an entire make over, just the front of the property looks painted and that's the only photo on the web site. The whole property has rust steps are made of concrete and are replaced with wood the elevator is old and smells the ice machine on floor 3 was not working so I had to go to floor 2, no do not distrib sign where not available shower tub looks repainted we had to buy a shower mat to be able to shower. I don't know how this property could be part of Wyndham embarrassing

Not as expected.

I liked breakfast.

Customer service at front desk was lacking. I didn't like that the first room they gave us was not only dirty but it took the attendant about 10 minutes to come up to the room to "verify" the condition of the room. He then started to peep into neighboring rooms. Once we were let into a room the TV wasn't working and that took another 20-30 minutes to take care of. We were lucky there was "Applebee's" open late and in close proximity. Several times throughout the night we had people trying to open our door. Not sure why? It was an unsettling stay to say the least.

The shower was draining slowly we were unable to take showers due to the horrible drainage.

I understand it a cheap room but WOW. Front office, house keepers, even the MANAGER is so rude! Laughing in the back room with another employee when I complained about having bug bites everywhere from staying 1 night

we were a bit skeptical of the outside but were pleasently surprised at the nice room inside

room was very nice and clean

outside looked kinda dumpy. paint on door was chipped and cracked with an obvious boot mark to kick the door open right in the middle

The pool was emptied and not open. I wish they had mentioned that when we were booking. We were traveling to Colorado from Texas and we were looking forward to hanging at the pool for that night. Other than that the place was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.

We stayed for 5 days and never had our rooms cleaned even after they said it would happen day 3 . That was frustrating and led to lots of garbage in the room .

Was able to open the window to get fresh air in the room and turn off the loud AC.

Everything is old. Bathroom had strong chemical smell which poured into everything (beds, towels...).

Acceptable for what we needed

Location! Flying tortilla next door has a great breakfast 😊

Shower pressure greatly reduced while in shower. Property could use upgrade. Over filled trash can tight outside door

If I could have cancelled I would have.

Air conditioning was good

No pool, management does not read messages for personal requests, check in person did not care for my requests not being met. Shower had someone else’s wash cloth left hanging. Clock was unplugged and left behind the bed.

Check in was quick

Walked into the room the floor in the bathroom wasn’t mopped black marks all over. The shower curtain wasn’t changed out it was really dirty and the toilet wouldn’t flush let front desk know they didn’t try to fix it just told me to go get a plunger from them that was it. the towels had hair wrapped inside of them. Then the top covers had stains they were not changed out.

Beautiful and relaxing resort. I loved the firepit and the opportunity to relax.

Comfortable bed. Excellent customer service, and food was good.

Pre-check rooms. Dead bugs were in our bathroom and by the door as you entered the room.

We would consider staying again because of the price only.

The convenience of the location to everything we wanted to see.

The part of the building that we stayed in was old and the outside was crumbling. Not a good look at all. There was a commercial refrigerated truck that took up most of the parking spaces closest to our room and the truck ran the engine all night. Breakfast was pretty bland. More choices would have been great. Last but not least, there was moldy ice cream left in the refrigerator. Yuck.

Tile floors weren’t super clean, no luggage carts for my disabled dad’s gear, most ice machines weren’t working.
