Very disappointing for a Marriott hotel. Not a good representation.

The signage made it hard to find. The staff was not friendly except for the morning that we left. The breakfast was not very good....just barely average. I am not sure that I would qualify as a Marriott when comparing to other Marriott hotels where we have stayed. Would not recommend to my friends.

It was a place to sleep & shower with a basic breakfast provided.

Breakfast was just ok. Like that it was included. Burritos were a nice touch.

Elevator very stinky. Room was a far distance. Parking lot and front entrance was not attractive. Front desk staff was ineffective and not very helpful. I was charged twice for my room- once by Booking.com and once by hotel even when I told her I had prepaid.

Our family had been traveling for four days and Fairfield was the highlight of our trip.

Breakfast was welcome and just what we wanted.

We wished we had more time to stay another day.

The breakfast menu and food quality were outstanding. The ladies that prepared the food deserve a special "Thank you"!

The retail parking next to the hotel was a gathering point for less fortunate individuals suffering from drug addiction.

I had reserved and paid for two rooms through Booking.com but when we showed up the Fairfield only showed 1 room. I showed them the reservation and receipt from your group but they wouldn’t honor it. They told me I would have to get back with Booking.com to work it out. I had to pay again for the second room. I have sent an email to your company but haven’t heard anything back about a refund.

Great staff and breakfast, but rooms facing Cerrillos Road get too much noise.

Breakfast was fantastic, many choices. Staff was always very friendly.

Noise from Cerrillos Road. So loud, very difficult to get sleep. Big window in ou suite faced Cerrillos. Asked to change rooms, but there was not a similar room available.

I reserved this property because of the pool and hot tub both were not working this is something that should be mentioned when booking a trip especially after a long day it’s always great to get in the pool and hot tub

Will not stay again. Overpriced for an ordinary room.

I booked through booking.com and Fairfield Inn could not find my reservation so they sold me another room at a higher price. I was then double billed. They did refund one reservation but of course not the higher priced one. Breakfast was yucky - watery eggs and sausage.

Two days in Santa Fe, checking out the art scene.

It was in a nice area, comfortable room.

It was just a little difficult to get into if you came from the wrong direction (the west?). We aren’t used to the crossovers so I almost had a wreck in front of the hotel. (Why can’t it just be a turn lane??) We are not used to the traffic in these larger cities…

very dissapointing for a Marriott.

location was excellent for our purposes

when we entered the bathroom for first time, there was a large, black bug on the floor. in all our years of travel, this was our first bug in our room. the breakfast was pretty poor- oatmeal was extremely watery, the egg omelettes all had burnt edges and the mini muffins were stale and hard. also, the hotel did not have any hairdryers available. very disappointing all around for a Marriott. I expect better from that chain.

had a pleasant stay

breakfast is good. facilities are clean. friendly and warm staff even suggested us a perfect spot to park where we can have a good view of our car from the room. affordable room that offers 2 separate queen-sized beds.

walls of the room assigned to us are thin(hopefully its just our room but most probably every room is just the same) not concrete at all so you could really hear people speaking from other rooms and also there is a chance you would know what they are watching on their TV, haha! if there are people who checked in with their dogs, you can hear the barking. we were still able to sleep soundly and that is because all of the tenants are asleep too. even though this is the budget version hotel of the Marriot chain, owner should do some soundproofing at the very least. we booked the hotel because of the reputation of the “name”. we are not expecting for fancy entrances, lounge, and furniture, but sleeping comfortably in your room without noise should be paramount.
