Was there to attend a reunion and dinner prepared for the final night was very good.

It is next to an IHOP which is very convenient

Refreshing stopover after caregiving

Appreciated pleasant surroundings, long hours for pool, airport shuttle & comfortable bed

Breakfast is not included in high rate. No lunch available at onsite bistro.

the dining service was lackluster and i ended up paying over $6 for a mediocre bagel that took over 10 minutes to toast, was half burnt, and they didn't even put the cream cheese on it lol.

Beautiful property with a couple kinks to sort out.

The property is beautiful and pretty close to most things

The room was slightly dirty. Hair was in the bed and some kind of bug in the bathroom. Bathtub was peeling. Housekeeping starts knocking incessantly at 10 am although checkout isn’t till noon.

Only two staff members for the whole place. They did the best they could. The housekeeping was good.

Location and the room we finally ended up in.

The first room we were given had several problems. The lighting was poor in the bathroom along with a broken makeup mirror. When trying to call the front desk, we found that the phone didn't work. Then, when trying to take a shower, the shower head broke off. We had to walk to the front desk to report this. We were then given another room. Where again the bathroom lighting was poor, the sink was clogged as was the shower. The bathroom floor was slimy. Then, as we were starting to settle in we found the air conditioner was broken. Again we had to get ahold of the front desk and were given yet another room. This was due to poor management and poor maintenance.

Would 100% return to this property on my next visit to Santa Fe.

This hotel was very clean and seemed to have been recently renovated and refreshed. When I arrived I was told I had been upgraded and we had a suite. It was beautiful. I like that the property is smoke free. Nobody was smoking in the outside area and the room smelled fresh. The indoor pool and hot tub was open and we used it. Everyone was friendly.

It’s hard to think of anything but I guess I would have to remark about the lack of vending. The snacks sold in the lobby were kinda pricy. It would be nice if there was a traditional vending machine to buy drinks and snacks at moderate prices.

Very comfortable and kind personal, good beds and restroom, the meeting rooms in the lobby.

The transport in the city, there aren't taxis and the bus is slower.

Will never be back again

The room was ok

The location is dangerous and on top of that the parking lot is open with no security. Very disappointed in Marriott, I've never been to one in a scary area. There were two homeless men digging through the trash cans at the hotel.

Room not ready Non existent shuttle service- even though I asked 24 hrs in advance No coins for laundry at front desk Handicapped bathroom had no hooks or adequate shelving 3 urns of coffee were all the same - no decaf unless purchased at Bistro Security minimal Entry doors were difficult to open with card The handicapped park spot outside my room was already taken by a ford mustang whose driver played loud music while sitting in car at 11PM-with no documented handicap sticker Just a terrible stay - not worth what I expected of the Marriot

I like the location. I like the staff that were at check out. I love that there is an indoor pool and that my children can enjoy themselves.

Our room that we got was on the second floor. I requested a first floor and that our other room be next to us. They had our room separated from one end to the other. When I asked where our second room was they stated on the first floor. Then when my parents checked in they were on second floor as well. Our door sweep was bent, not laying flat against the door and my son scraped his foot.

Did not stay. Very disappointed — given incorrect info. when we called to verify arrangements.

Was told by staff that airport shuttle was available for 5:30 am trip to airport but on check-in was told no shuttle service available for early flights. Had to cancel stay to arrange for ride to airport.

The guy that checked us in was amazing… friendly courteous with above and beyond customer service…make this guy a manager. It was snowing and the flooring on the exterior to rooms and to the pool was very slippery. Perhaps add a texture to it. The pool was awesome, both hot tubs were awesome. Beds did not have enough pillows.
