Still waiting for the hundred dollar deposit return.

Being told that there is a hundred dollar deposit when we got to check in. It's Ben a moth and we still don't have a return, by the way that's two hundred dollars because we stayed again on March 22. Another hundred dollars.

I won't stay here again.

Breakfast was great. There was a large variety of foods to choose from.

Oh my - the bed was HORRIBLE. It was so soft I ended up sleeping both nights across the foot of the bed as it was the firmest part of the bed - although still not firm enough unfortunately.

Was not worth the $ I paid.

The pool was nice.

Almost everything. They out me in the smoking room when I asked for non smoking, bugs in bathroom light fixture, sharp edge on bed frame scraped my foot, then found out bedroom window was stuck open with a wasp neat outside it, and it wouldn’t close. Bed was very uncomfortable and the breakfast was not good.

It was quality at a lower price with great comfort.

Melinda made my first night absolutely perfect. I was staying after an unsafe domestic situation and she made me feel so safe and made sure I was.

The only thing that I was annoyed by was that my room’s shower temperature was quite inconsistent. The handle was a bit of the problem but it may have been distribution competition from another room

Place was a very nice motel in a good location to everything offered in Colorado Springs.

The breakfast was one of the best out there. It was changed up every day.

That security deposit was required and has taken a long time in being removed. Took 2 days to get a broken toaster replaced.

This hotel was an inexpensive, clean and safe alternative during a recent trip to Colorado Springs

The breakfast choices were good. My room was very clean and comfortable and included extra towels folded in decorative ways.

The refrigerator was very cold, so I had to turn the temperature down.

it was alright, decent for the one night we needed, but wouldn’t go back

decent on the inside.

outside a little sketchy especially at night, the emergency door on the side of the building is unlocked when it should be locked. couldn’t find the desk person at night to tell them. room smelled heavily of chemicals and spray, bathroom smelled moldy, the lady who checked us in was rude to my spouse, when down for breakfast and there was no hot food left in the dishes and I could see the lady microwaving everything to put it out.

Location, it felt cozy like as if I was at home

I don't like the fact that I am on the "DONT RENT LIST" Which I find so unfair I never caused any problems and always paid on time and kept my rooms clean they said because I had to much quests I didn't think we were limited to how many quests we were aloud to have .I notified the front desk ahead of time about their would possibly be a lot of quests because we had just had a family death and our family and friends would be stopping by .I did know a few of the other quests staying their as well how ever they left their rooms when checking out or if they caused problems has nothing to do with me.

Pretty worn out. Needed to shift heavy furniture in order to plug in the microwave. ‘Airport shuttle’ = Uber or Lyft, paid by motel during specific daylight hours. Early AM trip was not.

The property was dark and dingy and didn't feel like a safe area. Shortly after checking in, we went out to get dinner. When we returned, the power was out for the entire hotel. When my wife and I decided this was not a safe environment for our small children. When I approached the hotel staff to let them know we would not be staying there, they confirmed that we would receive a refund. We would emphatically recommend others to find somewhere else to stay when in the area.

Alot of strange people hanging out last night was horrible the neighbors played loud music and kept banging around complained twice and on 3 time requested a new room which was inconvenient
