The bed was comfortable.
When we checked in for a three night stay we were given the room card in a business card sized envelope. The man at the desk told us breakfast information and a card for housekeeping was in the tiny envelope. It was very unwelcoming. I did ask the man to tell us the place and time for breakfast so I wouldn't have to look in the envelope. We were told housekeeping only enters a guest room every three days unless requested !!! When I got out of the shower on Saturday morning I took a towel off the towel bar and the towel bar fell off the wall along with all the clean towels. I reported it using the tiny request paper and was told it would be taken care of while we were away at a wedding. The hotel's solution was to place a luggage rack in the bathroom and pile the towels from the floor on it (not even folded) and the luggage rack stayed until we checked out Monday. We came home at 10:30 p.m. Saturday night from a wedding. We had to drive through the parking lot three times before finding a spot. There is a very very busy bar opposite the hotel, two other hotels, and a Texas Roadhouse. Cars were parked everywhere. Had I had been traveling on my own I wouldn't have felt very safe in the parkign lot. On Sunday morning I went to the front desk and asked for more towels since the clean towels had fallen on the floor and we had used the others for two days. I was told they could give me more towels but that I had to go back to our room and bring the soiled and wet ones to the front desk. After going back to our room and back to the front desk I did receive fresh towels. I could tell the hotel was understaffed and don't blame the staff but everything needs to be improved.

Room was large and fairly comfortable.
Hallways were very poorly lit. Our milk got a little too warm in our ice chest, our fault. But our 1 yr old granddaughter needed warm milk to go to sleep, and they told me they didn't have any milk on the property. Had to make a late night run.

The property was outdated and the sheets smelled like mildew
The bedroom was filled with ants. The service desk came up and sprayed the room for ants

The breakfast was good and checking in and out was easy.
Nothing was clean, the pillows were stained, the shower had a crack in it, the toilet wasn't properly sealed so it shifted, and some of the staff were extremely rude. Especially one of the dark haired ladies in the morning giving nasty snarky comments to other guests while people are trying to eat breakfast. At night there was a gentleman who claimed there was quiet hours after 10 and was extremely hostile when mentioning it to me and my family when we weren't making any noise, while there were people slamming doors and running up and down the halls all night long keeping us up. I will not be staying here again I guarantee I will be mentioning it to everyone I know.

I didn’t like their slow elevator. Also when my husband came for lunch around 9:45 there was almost nothing left, and they didn’t bring anything for him.

Allowed us to check in a little early so we'd have some time to relax before heading out to the race track during Indiana sprint week. We were very appreciative.

Staff was very welcoming! Location was clean, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for.
Room was great, with the exception of a strong residual cigarette smoke smell.

The lady that cheched us in, was friendly and efficient. The FACADE of the building...
Beside the Facade it's a run down and poorly, cheaply maintained. Taps lose, sealant perished and dirty. I've seen neater paint jobs in India where they allowed elephants to paint. Morning check out chap didn't raise his head to acknowlege existance...

Breakfast. Same and with no taste at all.

Breakfast was good. Location was good.
My only issue was; this hotel cleans your room every 3rd day. So our room wasn’t clean while we were there from Thursday night to Saturday morning. Wish staff would clean at least every other day.

I love their breakfast and the location of the hotel. it was close to a lot of restaurants.
it wasn’t the property but some of the guest staying were so loud past bedtime (we slept around 9 with kids) and the guest were loud till 11.

Close to the event I was attending.
Loud customers down the hall. Room temperature was not easy to control. It was either too hot or too cold, and we had to get up, frequently, throughout the night to change the temperature.

Loved the location. Clean, staff wasn't the most friendly but still friendly enough. We only needed one night. We would stay here again.
I felt like there wasn't enough blankets or pillows. I could have asked for more so that's on me
