Don’t know where to start. We got there at 1:30am to get some sleep and left at 7am. Photos on the website are deceiving, the room was in such bad shape I can’t even explain. We booked non smoking room and got a room that smelled so bad we had to keep the door open for a while to get some fresh air in. Also the smoke detector was removed from the room probably because of the smoking. The room was dirty, run down, toilet and bathtub were so disgusting we did not use it at all. No soap, shampoo or anything like that. Paint off the wall, walls were dirty, mattresses were so stained and dirty, bugs in the room. I honestly couldn’t not believe it and did not sleep all night. I wanted to leave but my husband was to tired and needed to get some sleep. People hanging out there at 1:30am were scary, there were young kids like under 5-6 years old outside at 1:30am. They also advertise 5 miles away from the speedway and children’s museum and they are like 20 miles away in the middle of a bad area. I would never go back even if they paid me.

Got dnr for going and telling staff that I was in a room that did not lock but door did latch and quit housing homeless people in my room that was not homeless

I would really like a refund please

I didn’t like anything the people was rude my ac/heater didn’t work and there was roaches and I seen a bed bug I would like a refund on my stay cause it was horrible

Nothing I would really like a refund cause I ended up leaving that same night and got a room at another hotel cause of the bed bugs

Please don’t waste your money on this Motel.The worst thing is that the room is too smelly( cigarettes and weed)and the bathroom is disgusting. No towels at all.

Did not stay they had no handicap rooms available and I can't go up steps of any kind. Desk clerk was not helpful at all. Won't be back. Drove back home without staying anywhere in Indianapolis Indiana.

Cheap but not too clean

Very cheap to stay, but also not too clean. Room had no wifi and it had a weed smell. Staff was very nice though

After seeing the place we did not stay. Saving money was not worth staying in this place.

It was awful. We did not stay after seeing the room with torn bedspread and cig burned toilet and bath tub.

There was a hooker outside our door smoking and doing something on her cell phone. It was a bad place! And the front desk said this side of the building was the best side of the building.

The worst stay at a hotel

I really didn't like the stay there it was bad and very expensive for such a nasty room I could of spent that kind of money in a better motel

I didn't like that there was no way to take a bath and how nasty the tub and bathroom looked they should be held accountable for it
