Friendly staff, nice room

The rooms were clean and updated.
There was cigarette smoke in my first room and I had to request a room change. I saw several people with lit cigarettes walking inside and in the elevator.

This place is so friendly. Great location and price. Good breakfast. Very clean. My niece and I just needed a getaway for a couple days and this little hotel was perfect! Very quiet also.
This is not a dislike but a suggestion for a little outside patio area.

It was phenomenal. Loved the staff
Not many cons.

Mostly Everything. It was clean, inviting, and very helpful/friendly staff! My husband and I were on an anniversary trip so we had things planned outside of the room, but the room for the price, exceeded our expectations. There were no smells except for fresh paint and some marijuana. But you know, I can’t think of a single hotel I’ve been to, $ or $$$, that it didn’t have some marijuana smell. If the people aren’t bothering me or anybody else and the smell is only in the hallway so to each their own. Lol. Overall, they are a great place to come and stay!
The parking was a little crowded it seemed. Maybe something they can look at upgrading in the future. But all in all, it gets the job done. The beds were okay. Just a little too stiff. I felt almost like a tree branch cracking when I got out of it lol. But I still had a bed to sleep in so no worries!

We stayed at the one on cromwell because this hotel canceled our stay and never told us till we arrived at checkin. It was a nice property and the checkin lady did call the other rodeway in to get us a room
The one on cromwell was full of cockroaches.

Room was updated
The air conditioner was filthy..
No working TV
Staff unable to provide a paper copy of the receipt or even email a receipt.
Location was a little sketchy and the parking lot didn't seem safe

The hotel was newly remodeled and was very nice.
They need a sign to show where the lobby is. Also a RODEWAY SIgn ON the building would be good. We weren’t sure if it was the back of the property or something because there was NO signage.

The hotel.had been upgraded about 6mos ago, and my room was clean.
The water was cold in the shower and sink. I felt for the amenities it didn't have it was a little over priced.Ib

There were five guys hanging out in the lobby and outside the front doors the first night. The second night there were four guys and two women hanging out in the lobby and front doors. I tried four times to find the front desk clerk and she was no where to be found, only three of her friends were at the desk. I went back later to ask where to get ice and saw her, another girl and a guy coming out of one of the rooms. At 11:45 loud yelling woke me up followed by the fire alarm. The employee was running through the hallway screaming at one of the guys because he pulled the fire alarm. It’s 36 degrees outside and now we’re outside in pajamas. After the fire department gave the all clear we loaded up and moved to a different hotel. I won’t even get into the drug use right outside the lobby. This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. I would hope that Booking. com would screen the hotels better in the future.
The vagrants hanging out in the lobby and outside the front doors. I did not feel safe walking to my car.

Not much
The afternoon/night shift lady was foul. There was no shower curtain because the rod had come out the wall. The sink faucet was broke so I couldn't adjust the hot or cold. The 2 beds were terribly uncomfortable.
3 hours After checking in I was informed there was a pet fee. I was not informed during the phone call before i arrived or even i checked in. I made it known both times I had a dog. So i had to pay 15 plus tax. The lady said everyone charges for pets to which i informed her she was wrong. Then i listed 3 different hotels that do not.
Front desk actually gave us the shower curtain to hang but i informed them the rod had come out the wall because it was dry rotted.

Hot water coming out of the cold faucet as. well as the hot one. Surely a danger from legionaries disease?
I stopped drinking the tap water but then had to pay $1:50 for a small bottle of water. Coffee in the room yes but no drinkable water. Bad attitude from the manager on this subject too.

Beds were comfortable. Sign in was efficient. location was very good.
Lights over bed dis not work, Light near TV was plugged into an 20 foot extension cord. worker left the extension in the room. Bathroom floor had grit on it. Water just warm. Shower was not very clean. This room 203 should not have been rented out.

Staff was good, the bed was super comfy!
The room had an odor, the ac was completely froze over. The room looked to be not vacuumed.
3.7
I liked that the staff realized the property was in error and didn't fight us on not charging us for the room.
The room was UNSAFE and unsuable. We were unable to stay after we saw the room. The only light that worked was in the bathroom, To correct that issue they ran an orange extension cord from the only working outlet in the bathroom to one of the wall lights, but did not cover the cord. This created a trip hazard. The only working outlets were in use by the appliances. Some of the furniture was broken and would have caused injury if we had tried to use it. I understand renovations, but trying to have guests stay in a room that should have been closed for safety is unacceptable. They had no alternative rooms becuase the only other possible one only had hot water available.

Location was pretty good,it was a great location for what we had to do
The smell the broken fridge no toilet seat the dirty towels no maid service,I have never written a. Bad review but this hotel was disgusting the sink had a huge crack in it when I left the elevator was not working and of course no staff to be found ,it was very hard for a older person with lung and heart problems to walk down from the 5th floor there was one lady there trying to do her best in a sinking ship any other staff I talked to said they couldn't speak English but could be often seen outside smoking and swearing, they could certainly swear in English I could go on and. On holes 8m the wall broken headboard etc etc all I can say is beware all who enter

There was not much to like about this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.
