I took a shuttle from Prescott for my granddaughter Rachel's wedding at your resort and a son dropped me off at my room. I would have enjoyed having breakfast but without a car it was too far to walk.I am 83.
I suspect my situation is not unique and it would have been very helpful when I checked in if your employee had asked if I needed transportation within your very large resort. I made clear when I was checking in I was alone. I was confined to my room or the walking area very close to me until family member came to get me. It would have been helpful if I had been given a map of the resort and some idea of the location where my family members were staying in the resort. Should my family been more aware I was "room bound" yes but I suspect all their attention was on Rachel's wedding. Be cautious when you ask these questions because you can get someone like me who wrote for a newspaper.

Unfortunately my neighboring room partied hard.
Golf course is not owned by resort and had a tournament scheduled so couldn’t golf

Very peaceful and quiet. Great golf course.
Restaurant was more like a cafe. Very small.
Pool was very small. Only one or two lanes for lap swims, and with people there, it wasnt possible.
Room seemed very dirty .... esp. floors, bathroom and furniture. Needs a deep clean.
Air conditioner was very noisy and did not cool efficiently.
Would be nice to have two lounge chairs so we could sit together, rather than only one.
4.3
Good size well equipped accommodation, nice pool and area around, well maintained and tidy site.
Problem with the Wi-Fi in the suite although accessible throughout the rest of the site.
4.3
They layout of the building units like a townhome village
Restaurant could have more offerings
4.3
clean, comfortable, well maintained

Rooms were great. Loved the jacuzzi spa and the washer came in handy due to extra night stay.
4.3
property was well kept and clean.
I didn’t like the restaurant. I wish that there was a general store and coffee station on site.
4.3
Everything was right there and we are really close the clubhouse so the pool and the driving range- really accessible
was hard to get on the golf course. They were pretty booked up.

Very nice looking facility
Unit had hair on shower walls, blood on bed cover, old light bulbs in unit and hot water heater doesn’t work properly.

The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable but the main bed mattress was great

Room was great with patio, double washroom, separate bedroom, washer-dryer, dish washer etc.
Nothing, all was good. Green fees at golf course should be lower for visitors staying at the resort.

I’m sure amenities were great. I did not use
checking in. room unavailable on time. staff only okay
ugly stains on couch

The reception desk staff at check-in were great to deal with. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
At check-in the "connoisseur" was rude. She needed my driver's license to give us our wristbands and welcome packet, whatever that means. Since I just used my ID to check-in, I asked why she needed it too questioning aren't you the same company as the resort? She exclaimed, "I don't need this, just forget it." So we walked away. We never did know what the wristbands and welcome packet were about. We went to the restaurant for breakfast on Sunday 11/6 and it took 50 minutes for our order to be delivered to our table.

nice resort large rooms
The Internet did not work for several days and calls were not followed up on. The facility was a little dated. Rugs are old in the room. Washer leaked.

Green area. It seemed a safe place. The pool.
We were very disappointed. There was no water in the apartment upon arrival, after several calls it was fixed within 2 hours. Then it turned out that the pot was not working. Again we call the master to clean it. It was not pleasant, the number box smelled, the masters were walking here and there. The hot water did not appear in the shower either. We are going to bathe at the pool. He was tired of calling the service. The first night was very loud, because the neighbors on the 2nd floor were partying. checkout at 10, which is also very early. If it wasn't for all this, it would have been a nice place.

Very comfortable
I have nothing to say about the property itself however. This is the first time that I’ve experienced individuals fighting and constant noise throughout the night. To the extent that my daughter had to call the police. The second night music was playing it to two 3 o’clock in the morning which disrupted my sleep. Something more should be done. The security at the property did not handle things appropriately.

very clean and spacious

The room was stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant has a decent menu and we especially enjoyed the ribeye steak plate!
Room could have been cleaner- I kept finding white hairs all over the place and no one in our group have white hair.

The size of the rooms is a plus. Nice and spacious.
The rooms did creek a lot and I am a light sleeper so I was awoken throughout the night.
