To sum up our one night stay. It was disgusting.
So I walked in and thought this is eh okay. It will do for a few hours. I took off my shoes. I walked to the bathroom. My feet were black from the grime in the carpet. Were talking 10 to 15 feet. Gross.
With the heavy scent of smoke in the air and burns on the tub, I'm guessing the black on my feet was ash and dirt and bio grime from rarely being shampood or vacuumed.
Since my side of the bed didn't have a table I was going to put my stuff on the chair. Buuuuuuutttttttt there was white crusty residue in the shape of comets. 1 guess what that is? It rhymes with perm.
I went into the bathroom and sat on the toilet. The toilet wasn't anchored to the floor or caulk properly so it tipped and I almost slid off. So when I'm done I looked at the toilet paper dispenser and realized that past guests have hand wiped feces all over the walls. Not a little bit. But like a 1 and 4" smears and about a dozen or two smaller ones. Litteral poop everywhere.
I started looking at walls and doors and they were all disgusting. Not a little gross, but extremely gross. Like a old feces, blood, food, drink, dirt and grime hand monster was done in with a gr@nade and it's remains were everywhere!
The wall mounted ac unit was from the late 80s or so it looked. The outer shell of it was busted and long gone. The opening was filled with a decades worth of dirt and grime and ashes and food particles. It had two settings. Hot as F or freeze your stuff off.
Finally it was the first place I've ever looked under a mattress for bed bugs. There were none but it was as comfortable as sleeping on a cardboard box. The linen was thin so it offered no warmth in March.
So back to summing it up, it's disgusting. Stay away to avoid getting a flesh eating disease or some other disgusting factor from the filth. The only reason I didn't ask for a refund is the 12 hour drive home so I just wanted to leave.

Nothing.
Reserved a smoking room a week in advance when I got to the hotel there was somebody in the room that previous night that wanted to stay an extra night. So instead of moving him out of the room that I had previously booked they moved me to a non smoking room and hade to pay a 35 dollar deposit. Same car in and out of the parking lot all night

The hot tub was a nice size. The bed was very comfortable. There was ample lighting and parking on the outside of the facility.
Toilet kept running during the night. No kleenex. Only three small pillows, not enough for two people. The bed did not have a top sheet just a fitted sheet and two thin blankets.

Well I’m in room 404 every thing has been a mess . I work for the Wyndham hotel in Jacksonville fl. I really would like a complimentary stay because I go back to work tomorrow and need to stay another night for the comfort am due to my job changing schedules. I feel my company should not be billed twice. I love the front desk staff they are wonderful. I took pictures of everything that was wrong with this room an it’s unexeptable. I really would love for the manger to accommodate me please into another room .with this being said I really feel that this hotel has great potential…thank u graciously Tony Williams
