About this house rental
A cache is where mountain men and Indians hid their supplies while they explored. This home is a great spot to stash your belongings and go explore the historical town of Thermopolis. While the kitchen is small the 2 bedrooms each have queen beds.. Being centrally located, this home is just a few blocks away from the amazing downtown shops and restaurants, as well as, being within walking distance of the grocery store.
I will provide my personal cell phone number after booking.
The property address is 627 Clark, the front door will be unlocked at 4, and the key will be on the kitchen table. The washer and dryer are downstairs. My personal cellphone number is ******** free to call me if you need anything.

This was a great little home nestled in Thermopolis. Communications from the hosts were timely and kindly. House itself was just the right size and accessing the property was easy.

Front Steps/pouch could stand to be updated. Need "Blinds" in the bedrooms, with the current drapes and AC's running, "zero" privacy. Fortunately there were extra sheet to make blinds and get those ceiling to floor things out of the way. Couldn't find any mixing bowls (or just one). Otherwise, ok; beds are most certainly more comfortable than at the hotels.

Had a great time in Thermopolis, hiking, mineral springs, dinosaur museum, good food and very friendly locals.
Jerry was very responsive in questions we had. House was cozy, clean, and near to all. Had a great time

Small, simple and basic house. Nice to have washer and dryer in basement. Outside needs some sprucing up. Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Fun friendly town. Owner was very easy to contact and he was very helpful.

Pros:
Walking distance to grocery stores
Two bedrooms
Cons:
The property smelled musty and there were stains on the sheets in both bedrooms

Had a great stay. The place was everything the listing said it was. Had a ten hour drive and so it was nice to come to a place overnight to relax.

Enjoyed our stay in this renovated older home. Upstairs clean. Renovated bathroom with nice shower. Sofa with some wear and tear but comfy. New appliances in the kitchen. Washer and drier in basement large capacity.

We loved this cozy little house. Just as described and shown in pictures. Convenient location right in town and the fenced in backyard was wonderful for our dog!

My friend and I came to Thermopolis to go fishing. We had two great Days on the water and this property was so convenient and easy to use. We didn't leave a very big footprint because all we did there was sleep but the place was clean and functional. The WIFI worked so all was good for our spartan needs.

I've stayed at Jerry's places before and have always been happy. This time was no exception. The Cache was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located blocks from the hot springs. The kitchen was small, functional, and adequate to our cooking tasks while on vacation. Beds were large and comfortable. Tons of natural light. Couches comfy. The fenced yard was HUGE and Cal the poodle loved the freedom. Wifi, washer and dryer all worked great.
Would definitely stay here again, especially with a dog or two.

The house was very clean and comfortable and the host was flexible to meet some last minute changes.

This place was awesome. Perfect halfway point for my wife and i to meet up. We went to the hot springs and really enjoyed our stay. Great place, we'll definitely go again.

All positives...great for two guys for a couple days of fishing!

In town for a two-night fishing stay, and this fit our needs perfectly. Simple, no-frills that was clean, functional, and comfortable. Exactly as described.
One shortcoming was the lack of lamps or good lighting in the living spaces to allow for reading. We used headlamps. Easily fixed, and was the only reason for 4 stars.
Would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed here during a road trip to the west coast. We were only there for one night, but it was the perfect spot to stop and get some sleep before moving on.

Very nice two bedroom home to stay in - clean. Close enough to town to walk.
Nice host.

Great little house. Updated bathroom, clean, tiny kitchen but had everything we needed. We didn’t really cook anything anyway. There was coffee, sugar & creamer which was all we needed. There was a grill for outdoor cooking but the landscape wasn’t really a place you’d want to hang out at. That would be the only negative if it even matters to you. Definitely would stay again.

It was the cutest house. If we make it back to Thermopolis Wyoming we will stay there again.

Generally great although a few things not perfect. Needed more hangers in closet. A couple of cozy blankets to use snuggling on the couch would be nice. Some previous renter let their pets use the basement floor as a restroom. It was not cleaned properly, it was cleaned but it still smelled unfortunately. The location was great. We felt totally safe. We liked it WAY better than a motel stay. Luckily we brought a couple of outdoor chairs from home otherwise we wouldnt have had good seating outside. We only mention a few negatives so the owner can improve these easy items. We would totally stay here again. Our friend brought her two small dogs. We couldnt bring ours like we planned because, sadly, he crossed over the rainbow bridge a month ago. The fence was good and no holes for dogs to escape. All in all we loved Thermopolis and glad we picked this house.

We rented this little house for a fishing trip with friends to Thermopolis. We also brought two big dogs. The house is exactly as advertised. It's an older home with small bedrooms; the beds are very comfortable. The house is spotless. The bathroom is very nicely redone with plenty of hot water for 4 people. The owner is easy to reach, he responds pronto, and is really a pleasure. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Thermopolis. The fishing was outstanding. The Hot Pools State Park and the Petroglyph State Park are both really nice. And there are several really good restaurants for such a small town: One Eyed Buffalo and 7 Lazy S Cafe are both delicious. The only reason I didn't give this property a 5 is the back yard and back porch could use some attention. In every other way, this place is a gem.

We rented this house for a family hunting trip. It’s a small, older house but it’s clean and well stocked with everything needed, including comfortable beds. The yard is a little rough but as described and not a concern to us. The location is within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. This was a great value and exactly what we needed.

We were very please with the comfortable little house to stay in.
It was an old little house but the new upgrades made the house a nice place to stay to enjoy Thermopolis for a few days.
