Not a great experience

It was cheap

Tv was small. Everything smelled weird. We got one towel for five nights and two people and never got our room cleaned. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. Would’ve went somewhere else but already paid and it’s non refundable. Do not stay unless you need to because it’s cheap

DO NOT LIKE AT ALL.....We ended up not staying there and located another hotel because the place was nasty with roaches crawling on the floor, bed comfortable and sheets were extremely dirty with burn holes and hair all over. Room all around did not look as if had been cleaned or wiped down at all. Claims no smoking, vaping, or Marijuana but all of the above could be smelled very strongly. We booked 2 rooms in which were not refunded so lost the money. Overall very stressful considering we were there in town to place my step mom to rest and then to deal with this, the money side rudeness of hotel staff in regards to refund. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND ITS SAD THAT BOOKING.COM WOULD EVEN WANT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH IT.

Not at all what I expected.

Staff were very accommodating in attempting to resolve problems.

Room was not ready. Locks were inoperable. Roach spotted in bathroom. Housekeeping was not up to par. Kitchen and appliances dirty and stained.

It could have been much better. I was able to meet with my people the next day and got the job.

It was close to where I needed to be.

The grounds next door brought the curb appeal way down. On my reservation I requested early check in because I had to drive 5 hours to get to the motel. I needed to prepare for the meeting I had at 2:30. That did not happen and I had to go the McDonald's, washup in the sink and change clothes. Needless to say the meeting was over very quickly. Having to wait for staff 20 minutes when you could hear them talking in the next room and the narrow window they are open in the lobby.

The mattresses were super hard and shifted. So if you got out of bed the whole mattress would almost move off the frame. Also, the elevators were out and our room was on the third floor. So we had to lug all of our luggage with a newborn and 2 year old up three flights of stairs. Not the hotels fault but that was just inconvienent.

It was reasonably priced, but paying for WiFi is stupid and will keep me from returning.

The breakfast was fair. it wasn't logically served and there was no milk to drink. The location was fair to good, but the carpets were stained in many places

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. left within 5 mins after checking to go to another hotel.

Everything. The smells were disgusting, the room was awful, Everything was disgusting. This hotel was not as advertised. Looked nothing like the pictures online.

location and we didn’t need a lot of amenities

bugs crawling on the desk and up the wall and around the cooktop and in the bathroom sink and crawling on the floor. When the lights went out the bugs came out. Elevator was out so we were put on first floor with pets barking

i reserved a 2 bedroom suite with queen beds & got a 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds , there was bugs everywhere & the room looked like it hadn’t been swept

Don't Stay Here!

The room was large.

The common areas were dirty with trash and the interior of the elevator had something running down the door. There were a few live and dead cockroaches in my room and the floor of my room was dirty. It was gross but I arrived late and it was for one night. There was also a lot of noise in the building. I would never stay here again.

The location was horrible and no breakfast was served there also no remote after twice that I went Down to request one room was dirty soap was left there from the other people not enough towels had to go downstairs and ask for more alcohol ways smell like nasty food

There was nothing about this location that I liked

The location itself was dirty and the elevator was disgusting. Check in was at 3pm but the room wasn’t ready until after 4pm. Once In the room, it looked like it was never cleaned and the smell of weed filled the room. (I was traveling with two small children) Trash, dirt, hair and a sticky substance was all over the floor. The tv remote didn’t work for the tv and the back of the remote was holding the batteries in by black tape. In the middle of the night, I woke up to use the bathroom and there were two cockroaches climbing the walls. All in all I would never go back nor would I recommend this facility to anyone traveling to the area. Definitely not worth the money paid for the night.
