Parfait pour une nuit avant ou après les parcs.

Hôtel idéalement placé pour aller à Universal Studio. Petit déjeuner correct. Piscine et jacuzzi ainsi à disposition. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Personnel très aimable. Hôtel proche du station essence, de Whole Foods et autres commerces. Parking gratuit.

Rien ! Pour une nuit, c'était très parfait. La chambre n'a rien de dingue mais a tout ce qu'il faut.

Agréable séjour.

L’emplacement, le confort des chambres, le personnel toujours souriant et disponible, le snack proposé de 17h à 19h. La propreté des espaces communs notamment la piscine.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas très varié.

Un maravilloso lugar.

Lo central para ir a visitar otros lugares de interés. La calidez de cada una de las personas que nos atendió. La sorpresa del happy hour para nuestra cena, Fantástica. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y sus instalaciones limpias y muy agradables. En general un excelente lugar para quedarse.

Que no hay tantas opciones en el desayuno. Pero realmente se esmeran por tener todo súper limpio, muy delicioso el menú ofrecido.

Clean, new facility, very helpful staff, a good place for exploring the theme parks in the area.

No EV charging facility on-site, really should add that. Possible to charge nearby with a 10-minute unpleasant walk back to the hotel.

Excellent value for money: great location, friendly service, clean room, free breakfast and shuttle

Excellent value for money. The location is great. Close to Universal and restaurants that are within walking distance (but keep in mind if you choose to walk, you have to cross busy roads and highway ramps). The service was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Although the hotel is older, the room was clean and a good size. Free breakfast was great for the mornings before going to Universal. One reason we booked this hotel was for the free shuttle to and from Universal which is super helpful if you are on a budget. Take advantage of the shuttle. The shuttle leaves on time so make sure you are also on time (especially when going back from Universal to the hotel).

Overall, we had an excellent stay! I definitely recommend booking this hotel. Just some minor things and tips for other travellers: The bathroom didn't have a fan, so it got a bit stuffy and humid. I wish there was one more bus added to the shuttle schedule because the last shuttle from Universal to the hotel leaves before 7:45 pm, although two of the Universal parks close at 10 pm. We wanted to stay at the parks from open to close to take advantage of the expensive park tickets. If you miss the shuttle or stay later, the Uber/Taxi pick-up point is at a different location than the hotel shuttle bus pick-up point. Be careful of surge pricing for Uber around the time the park closes. One of the nights we stayed out past the shuttle schedule, it cost us ~$25 USD to the hotel, even though it's only a 6 minute drive. Another night, we missed the shuttle bus by 3 minutes. Fortunately, we found that there is a LYNX city bus stop close to the hotel shuttle drop off/pick up point. The bus costs $2 USD one way which isn't too bad. We took a bus which dropped us off near the hotel and then we walked. It was easy enough to book and catch the shuttle there, but catching the shuttle back was more complicated when we went to Volcano Bay. Make sure to allow for time to leave Volcano Bay to take the Universal shuttle back to Citywalk where the hotel shuttle picks you up.

Great hotel well worth the money

Room lovely. Whole resort spotlessly clean. Good pool. Great breakfast buffet. The evening food was ok. If a family stayed here and had the food/drink provided and utilise free direct universal studios transport the stay pays for itself.

Little bit of a pain getting out more than getting in. Traffic heavy at times around the hotel. A kids play area would be a benefit

personal belongings were stolen in the room in my staying term. the staff said to give them one day to check. later told me they asked housekeeper, she denied stealing some thing, and they can not installing Cameroon the room to track any things happened.

We normally love Durey Inn but I think the people visiting for new years made this stay unpleasant and we ended up leavi

The location was great because our trip was for Universal Studios.

Not sure if it was just the group of people staying there for the New years holiday but one hall was stunk so bad it would almost make you throw up.
