Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Quiet
Pool right in front front of our patio but it worked out

The location was good with nice views, but views were across a road. It was close to the best local beaches.
It is no better than a clean old motel. The price we paid on booking.com for the room was ridiculous at >$400/night and the room was advertised as two queen beds when it was two full. The accommodations were spare, the bathroom was clean but embarrassingly only and small, and we passed on breakfast because we wanted to be out of the hotel. The room was so disappointing and our homes only 50 minutes away, we ended up leaving early the second night.

Location,view,swimming pool,chocolate chip cookies!
No soap in room!

It was across the street from the water.
I still cannot believe I paid 450.00 to stay at basically a strip motel. The doors lead directly to the outside, the bathroom and shower are very small, the towels are average.
There was absolutely *nothing* luxurious about this place.
450$ ?!?!

Honestly, it was my best vacation ever. The place is 💯 clean. Personal is amazing, dedicated, and friendly.
Non complaint. This place is excellent 👌. Clean and safety is great.

The views were absolutely breathtaking! Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, can't wait to go back!
Just basic hotel rooms, we would prefer more comfortable seating in the room for a longer stay. Rooms are dated although very clean and property well kept!

It says pretty clearly on their website that breakfast is one of the amenities. Normally, when people charge for breakfast, they say so on the website. But I had to pay for my breakfast, which I did not like.
less ants and silverfish the television stations were very poor - there was nothing to watch except PBS and a couple of other stations (but no cable or sattelite. t.v.)

comfortable room, ocean view, easy to find, clean
not close to anything so had to get in car to go to town or sites, had delivery trucks and workmen outside at 7am who were extremely loud

The room was comfy. The view extraordinary. Service and management exceptional. Breakfast in the dining room was scrumptious.
Had a problem with the plumbing in the shower. Water was running brown at first, and also only cold. This was the first weekend the Inn was open for the season. The management responded immediately and graciously. Gave us a key to the empty room next door where we could shower. They also treated us and our guests to a complimentary breakfast.
If this hadn't happened, I would have given it a 10.

Fantastic staff, lovely room, very clean. Great breakfast service.
Maybe it is a feature of "Inn accomodation" but we were surprised that restaurant only opened for breakfast. Would have been great to be able to have dinner in the evening on site.

I woke up at 4:30 each morning looking out the picture window at fantastic sunrises over the ocean, breakfast in the cafe was terrific, and their homemade muffins couldn't be beat.
