Well room was not ready as told by the front office person but he did his best to make it a better experience as did the lead house keeping lady.

Relaxing and comfortable for our whole family.

The location is amazing! Everything downtown is in walking distance. Beach is a block away. Staff are very friendly and rooms are very clean and big!!

good beach motel

This is an older property that has been renovated, so the interior is newer than it looks outside. staff were friendly and the room was clean and it is close to the beach.

there wasn't much airflow in the room without opening the windows and other guests walk by and can easily see inside your room. a little noise outside on our visit, which could have been louder if it was a busier night. Breakfast was grab and go, but there were several options of things that could be heated up or eaten cold.

Great value, clean and close to everything.

Clean, friendly staff, close to beach, close to shops.

The only issue we had, it’s really nothing to do with staff or our room, was the people staying above us. Very loud. Kids running or more like sprinting back and forth from 11:30pm well into 1am and we also have kids so we tried to be understanding but at some point it was getting overwhelming and so my husband went up stairs and asked nicely if they could try to settle down.

Noisy rooms, smell from truck and camper parked running all night next to our windows. No ac and no ventilation in room/restroom. No ventilation in bathroom allowed condensation all over the floor and sink. Making it unsafe and slippery.

Surprisingly good beds!

Beds were comfy ☺️ I'm a side sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised that the bed didn't bug my hips and shoulders.

The rooms were pretty musty, the windows were difficult to open, (no a/c). The breakfast is just grab and go items. Luckily there are great little places nearby to go.

Unexpected find!

The location is great. It is close to everything in Long Beach. We have been making annual trips to Long Beach, but this is the first time here. We will definitely be back. Extremely clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was nice, with a hot plate, pans, dishes, and a microwave. We saved a lot of money by using our kitchen to cook meals.

They do have breakfast, but it is all pre-packaged grab and go items. I didn't really expect breakfast, though, as the Booking.com information said they didn't have a breakfast option, but my booking said they did. There is no ocean view option, but it is only a block from the Long Beach Arch, the bakery, and Scoopers. What more could you ask?

Enjoyed our stay was very relaxing and so centrally located to the shops and restaurants.

Loved the location and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the free rental bikes!

The bath tub drain had hair in it and our toilet ran for LONG periods of time.

If you’d rather not get robbed don’t stay here.

We had our truck broken into. The camera supposedly did not capture the thieves on camera even though they stole a Keurig coffee maker, Buddha statue and sentimental items from relatives that have passed on. There is no way they didn’t get this on camera. We will never stay there again. No credit, no coupons or any kind of customer service what so ever! Not even an apology… need I say more.

That we were robbed and the hotel took zero responsibility not even a credit or coupon. And what’s worse is they have footage of this incident and didn’t seem to really care.

Would go again!

Great location close to the main boardwalk we could just walk! The pillows were good that never happens ! The rooms were very nice and updated.

The floors were not cleaned. They were hardwood which is nice but I could see old shoe marks and stepped in sticky stuff on the floor multiple times I had to clean up with the limited towels they had. Nice to have shampoo soap and conditioner but the supply was so small the three of us could not use the hair products. The small freezer had freezer burn in it smelled bad like old ice and a bag of old taquitos left. By appearances the room is really nice but if you look too close you can see where the cleanliness is lacking. You have three very thin sheets on your bed for covers. No real blanket at all so we had the heat blasting all night. Still liked it over all !

Best place in Long Beach. High quality, unbeatable price.

Always a great stay. Comfortable and clean and modern. Easy to reach staff very responsive and great little touches. Will always stay here.

This room I liked less than our last one when we stayed here. They gave us an ADA shower (didn't request it, I think it was just what was available short notice) and the bathroom wasn't updated as thoughtfully as other rooms we've stayed in at this property previously. The bathroom was really a tight squeeze around the door to access the closet space, and the shower just poured water out everywhere no matter how carefully you used it. I had to use so many towels to soak it up and keep the floor dry. I get it because it's accessible, but surely there's a better way to keep water in the shower still.

The faculty was clean and everything was easy to find.

The initial entrance door didn't get you into the room; leaving you in the dark once the first door was closed. Then there was two doors after the first entrance door leaving you guessing as to what is the actual entrance door. You shouldn't have to plug applyances in.to get them to work. Other that everything was great.

Perfect location & very clean.

The rooms are newly decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. They are dog friendly and had an excellent dog potty field right across the street. Coffee and muffins for breakfast.

The door locks are digital and were a bit confusing at first but after a lesson on how to work them I got it. Somehow our code got wiped out and we had to call and get another code to get into our room. It was handled quickly and we were in within 3 minutes. Great service just inconvenient when you have 2 dogs with you.
