Friendly breakfast staff. Pine board paneling in room is pretty.
No fridge or microwave. Inconvenient room style. Expensive for what you get.

Facility was great. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating.
The bed in our room was a bit tired and saggy in the middle.

The bar and restaurant..beds comfy, nice and clean

The beds were the only good things here, one of the staff was nice, the other made my wife cry.
The rooms could have been clean, the sheets were clean, but it was overall pretty terrible. No microwave, no fridge, crappy heater, burnt out lights, holey towels

Convenient location
The leg of the bed was broken OFF, completely off! So, the bed leaned to side making the second person roll on top of the person on the broken/leaning side ALL night long and TETTERED with EVERY single movement!
And to top it off, the front desk receptionist REFUSED to provide a different room because they were "sold out". Absolutely ridiculous!

The service was really nice, we got to bring our dogs, we were treated like family!

Location was perfect
Cleaning crew was nowhere to be found. We were there for 4 days and didn't see a change in our linens at all. The room was also a little smelly, everyday we came back the room smelled of onions and body odor.....I don't know if someone below or adjacent to us was cooking on a hot plate or something.

Friendly staff
Dirty under the beds

The person who checked us in was very nice, although it took them 5+ minutes to realize I was there. The room was clean, but had some other issues. The on site bar had great food, and our server was wonderful.
The price was about twice what I would have expected to pay for that room. It was small, and the walls are thin. You can hear other guests in their room/parking lot, and other random noises all night. The front door didn't fully seal (let light through) and there was no interior lock beyond the keycard lock.

Room was clean. Size of the room is expected for a motel room with two queen beds. No noise complaints. Beds were a little "saggy in the middle" but comfortable.
Would be nice to offer a swiffer or something similar during the snow season as the floor is tile and does get dirty quickly - or door mats outside for shoes to sit on.

Heating/air a little hard to maintain desired temp.

location, cleanliness, restaurant and staff.

Warm, roomy
Bathroom door and toilet clearance = tiny
No in room refrigerator or microwave
Bedside tables too far from king bed, both sides
Additional shelves would be helpful so don't have to set most things on the floor.
OTHERWISE, comfortable stay... Thank you!

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds in a lodge.
