I am so grateful to the hosts of my stay at this property. We never met in person, but they made sure that I could get situated despite obstacles. Specifically, my flight was delayed multiple times while I was already en route, and when I let the property know that my arrival time would be later than expected, they were not only completely accommodating but they upgraded me to a spacious, clean, and lovely 1-bedroom flat that was perfect for me. With even more unexpected flight delays, I didn't end up arriving until 4am (instead of the previous evening), but accessing the building and unit was easy and comfortable. I felt safe during my entire stay. The location was central to everything I needed, easy walking distance to food, outdoor spaces, and more, and I loved being able to have a cozy (suuuuuuuuuuuuper comfortable bed and bedding) bedroom, bathroom, and living area and kitchen amenities, as well as in-unit wifi to utilize during my stay. I am so grateful! Made for a peaceful and easy time. Wonderful stay. Thank you!
I'm a friendly person, so I would have loved to have a chance to meet the person in charge, just to meet and have a face-to-face interaction. At the same time, it was also very streamlined and nice to have contactless interaction. Access was efficient and private and I liked that. I wouldn't count this as a negative at all. It was nice and smooth.

It was a bait and switch. I did not get the property for which I registered and paid.

The host still has not returned my deposit after a month. I was told in would be returned within 10 business days. The host has also stopped responding to my messages. I am very unhappy with the delay and the lack of communication.
