Location was really phenomenal, very close walking distance from everything in the French Quarter and across the street from a bakery but it was still quiet. Nice courtyard and comfy rooms.
There were no chairs on the second floor balcony for us to use, it would have been nice to sit out during the nice weather.

Location was perfect distance from attractions, it was pretty quiet, staff was friendly and helpful, they got transport to airport for us, good communication before arrival. The balcony was very nice to sit on in morning and evening. Good coffee in the lobby. Bed was soft and comfy. All the drinks in vending machine were $1.
The room was a little rundown, lots of peeling paint in the bathroom. The door was difficult to operate (though we were warned of that). Elevator was a little scary! All in all I know these are just old building issues.

I chose to stay at this hotel after reading the positive reviews on Booking.com. Situated in the heart of the French Quarter, it's conveniently located within walking distance of Bourbon Street and all the attractions. The availability of free parking was a definite plus, and I appreciated the charming patio and well-decorated common areas. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
Despite the hotel's great location and amenities, my stay in room 206 left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the room lacked opening windows and proper bathroom ventilation, resulting in a buildup of humidity and unpleasant odors after showering. Additionally, the bathroom was in dire need of renovation, with an old, dirty, and rusty door. The absence of a closed wardrobe in the room and a place to hang towels in the bathroom added to the discomfort. Considering these issues, the room felt overpriced for its condition. While I can't speak for other rooms, I hope they are better maintained. The elevator was too old and made a strange noise. It's disappointing because the location is otherwise ideal and the personel friendly.

The staff was very helpful the location was absolutely perfect.
It would have been perfect if there was a coffee maker and a microwave but there was coffee downstairs.

Quiet yet close to French Market, streetcar, restaurants, bars, laundry, etc. Nice that they made our bed daily, changed towels, garbage. Staff friendly.
The tub! Tub was tall, hard to get in and out, and slippery.
Smokers in the courtyard, smell carried inside the hotel.

We had a late check-in so I called the day of to ask the key be left for us. The process was smooth and the room was perfect for our stay (queen and daybed). Location was also super walkable to everything we wanted to do in NOLA! Also enjoyed fresh coffee from the lobby every morning.
Truly exceeded expectations. The only negative would be the walls appear a bit dirty or scuffed which is nothing that a little paint wouldn't cure! Still well worth it!

The location was great for us. Husband‘s favorite bakery directly across the street was a bonus. The rooms are old fashion & bathrooms dated but was fine for our overnight trip. The courtyard was nice, front desk was super friendly and they have complementary coffee all day. Would stay here again.

the staff was amazing
feet got dirty walking the floor in bare feet 😢

Location is very good, close to restaurants, museums, core of French Quarter. Room (interior room) was quiet. Beds comfortable. Fridge in room. Price reasonable. Staff generally friendly.
Room is dark, only one window (blinds broken), poor lighting. No comfortable place to sit in room or in courtyard. Dust/dirt in corners, smudged door, dusty lights. Courtyard stairs slippery after rain. Security questionable as exterior entrance is left unattended, unlocked 18 hours/day.
