Staff has no clue what handicap rooms have walk-in showers.
Very disappointing!

Location & free Breakfast
Sheets, pillows cases and comforter was dirty. I went down to the front desk to complain about it and the front desk guy name Shamer was like oh it not dirty it stained 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ why make a bed with stain sheets. He was very nice with a big smile and corrected the issue right away

Our room was great - dark, quiet, comfortable. The hotel is near decent places to eat, but the list of restaurants we received at check-in needs to be updated, as some of the places are permanently closed.
Breakfast definitely needs an upgrade. Very few selections, gravy was cold, biscuits were cold, eggs were disgusting and the pancake machine wasn't an option that morning. Pretty lame. The woman working acted like she was unhappy about being there.

Location was close to highway & Quicktrip, Breakfast was great!
There was a line to checkin so it took a few minutes. Elevator was on opposite end of our room. The hallway was cold.

The breakfast they provided for guests was excellent. They keep the everything hot & refilled very often. It was wonderful & the location of breakfast offered was great. My handicapped room was great…I loved the shower where I didn’t have to step in a tub.

The breakfast was great and they had a full service coffee station. The room was a great amount of space and there were two tvs which was great for traveling with a child. The hotel was super close to everything we wanted to do. Every attraction was less than 20 minutes away.

Clean, quiet, well equipped.
Staff were businesslike, but didn't appear particularly appreciative of their customers. Room was not ready at noon, but weird early check-in policy would have required payment of an extra $25, so maybe some of the rooms were ready for an extra price.

Nothing.
The wall outside our room was covered in heavily warped, wet wallpaper from an extensive water leak. No one seemed concerned. The rooms feel like they are just vacumed and bed linens tossed on between guests. Nobody wiped our dor knob or bathroom faucet or nozzle off. It still had toothpaste and spit from the previous guest. The room had mltiple old stains and dirty hand swipes all over the walls, cabinets, windows linens and mirrors. I don't usually complain about such conditions with a lower level chain, but we travel often with our 3 young kids and 1 large pet dog for 2-3 weeks at a time a single hotel room. We have Never left handprints, dirt, etc behind, let alone this quantity of dirty level before. This has just not been cleaned. The shower had water and hair in it. The closet had a broken iron (leaning precariously with broken metal) and gummy worms stuck to the suitcase stand from a former guest. Large pet urine stains nobody had clearly tried to rememdy or even treat. Jist complete lack of concern, sanitation or effort. Clearly nobody cared about houskeeping. The room walls were thick and we did not hear any neighbors noise, nut fhe highway is way too noisy. Something needs to be done. I did not sleep due to the constant jarring blubbing of Semi Trucl brakes slowing down on I24. I will not stay here again. 1 night was too long!

AC was broken, breakfast was sad. Bacon tasted fake and eggs were pretty bad. Liked the hashbrowns and pancakes!

Location
Instead of the roon we reserved (an exec king suite) they gave us a queen room on the first floor across from the elevator. Was told I'd have to talk to a manager in the morning. Heard elevators all night. Room was small. Staff politely gave us a price adjustment upon checkout but blamed Booking for the error.
Will skip this hotel next time.

This was our 1/2 way stop. We had me, my mom, my elderly grandma, my teen daughter and her bf traveling from Florida back to Missouri. The room was big and the beds were comfy. The massaging shower head was amazing after driving all day!
Breakfast was just ok. Not real tasty. Bacon was soggy.

TV didn't work. Remote didn't work. I fixed the TV which was disconnected and advised the front desk. They didn't get the remote fixed.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great. Also close to stores and restaurants. Just a few minutes drive to downtown Chattanooga. Great location.
The front desk lady, Simone was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE! She was yelling at someone on the phone because my bedding wasn't clean. She also threatened to cancel my reservation when I complained about it. I told her I was more than willing to change it myself, but she refused, saying I was the guest and shouldn't have to. While I agree, I would have much rather saved myself the headache with her hollering and yelling. Just poor customer service skills.
