has great potential. dinner food was great. breakfast area needs to make more inviting. bedding comfortable
you need a place to put all the extra pillow. living room where fireplace needs more furniture. my sink leaked snd my shower handle was loose. I advise the front desk. your staff is great, welcoming.

Had a great stay here when we went out to the area for an autocross day at Lime Rock. Staff were fantastic and the Inn is beautiful. Our autocross day was changed very shortly before our reservation and the Inn was very helpful and accommodating letting us check in a day earlier than planned.
The small suite was perfect for our stay. Breakfast and lunch at provisions were tasty - good coffee. My partner and I didn't have the opportunity to try dinner at the restaurant, but it gets rave reviews. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area and hope to try dinner.

The beds were incredibly comfortable! I slept so well. Having the coffee house on property was a delectable treat! They had a cool gift shop as well.
Price point was high, but worth it. Restaurant closed way too early.

The rooms were amazing both for comfort and cleanliness. Grounds were beautiful as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
It was a little pricey for a small town inn.

Breakfast was good. No wait staff service, so you order at a counter and then bring to your table. Coffee was good. Our check in service in was good. The hotel is charming. Public indoor spaces are decorated traditionally but have a little modern twist to make it feel fresh. Although not in my most recent stay but had dinner there last few times this spring and it’s always good. Our suite style rooms this time were very good.
The rooms (larger suites) were really nice this time around. They are very traditional decorated but comfortable quiet and respite. I would say though that the rooms in main building with doors directly to outside (Motel style) are much more outdated.

The White Hart has been one of my favorite places for a quiet and luxurious getaway. The staff are wonderful and rooms make ones stay feel like a home away from home.
This time we were in room 32, a suite - the suite was incredibly dingy and rundown, fixtures needed obvious replacing. The bedding wasn’t of high quality and the mattress and pillows were not up to the standard I have experienced or expect from The White Hart. The drain In tub wasn’t working, our TV wasn’t working and there was a lot of dust and cobwebs accumulated along corners and around/behind furniture.
I let the staff know upon checkout and she simply dismissed the issues and said we’ll look into the TV. It is a shame but will now think twice before coming back here.

The room was beautiful and the staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. We were upgraded to a suite which made our stay even more wonderful. My husband took advantage of the breakfast and said it was very good. We had a wonderful dinner at the Inn the next night.

The staff were great-the man who checked us in right from the get go was friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation
