Overall we had an excellent stay and it is certainly on our list when we go back to LA

We got an upgrade to the penthouse which was a very nice and spacious apartment. The location for visiting LA is excellent. Secure parking included. The neighborhood felt save.

The cleaning could have been better. Anything higher than 1.5 meters (~5 foot) was not cleaned and had layers of dust (e.g. refrigerator). Paper towels and small items left behind were visible behind cabinets.

Spacious apartment perfect for short-term stays

The apartment is great, very spacious and light and centrally located. A much better value than a comparable hotel.

All in all I loved this place. Its perfect for a family considering the size, the amenities provided

I really loved the location and the size. The apartment is spacious. The check in was seamless too. This unit is located in the miracle mile vicinity, its close to koreatown and beverly hills. It's good value considering you get a 2 bedroom with an extra mattress.

Cleanliness needs to be improved, it felt like the kitchen cutleries and cups were not washed thoroughly, the bedsheets had hair and didn't have a fresh smell to it. Some of the lights were out and needed to be replaced, and when we were there, the apartment garage was not working and there was construction noise (drilling and hacking). BUT this place can be given the benefit of the doubt, it's a really nice place. cozy and quiet at night.

Fabulous stay at the most convenient location.

large bright airy apartment with everything we needed . Modern and stylish.

Only one remote control for access meld to complex planning with others in the group. Would have benefitted from a few mugs in the property and maybe instructions for the waste disposals but these are suggestions only rather than grumbles.We had a great time and are very grateful.

Would stay here again any time

This is a great space, the location is in the middle of everything we wanted to see in LA. The views are extraordinary. Eric gave us a really clear and simple set of instructions and was very helpful. Plus the pool, hot tub and workout room were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Central Apartments. As a family of 6, it is challenging to find a place to accommodate all of us so that we can stay in the same place. Our room at Central Apartment more than fit the bill, and the parking and pool were highlights as well.

For all that Central Apartment has to offer, it was disappointing that the space was not better maintained. In general, it was dirty and the carpets had many stains. Since it was such a nice place, I don't want to be negative but be warned.

Everything was perfect for my stay. The unit was fully stocked and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave.

Excellent property with great access to some really good restaurants and coffee shops. Outstanding

Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms and bedrooms well stocked with towels and linens and toilet paper and kitchen towels. View from apartment was amazing. Check in and checkout were very easy processes. Parking spaces were easily accessible. Apartment was very clean.

Light in the master bathroom would flicker. But everything else was perfect.

Great place in need of bit of maintenance

Great view, lots of space, great location.

The property is in need of some cosmetic maintenance, as it has broken door handles, broken shades, clogged sink, very dirty carpets and somewhat dirty walls. A bit of touch up and care would do wonders to this property!

I liked the kitchen just not with all the dirty dishes being in the ca

I didnt like that the price wasn't discounted due to no pool or whirlpool being open. The dirty dishes in the cabinets

Amazing stay

Everything; staff who always communicated with us prior to our arrival and made our check in process very easy, privacy, size of apartment, building facilities, safety and security, free parking space, location is quite near to all attractions by car, the restaurants around the area, markets and shops.

The AC was difficult to control.. sometimes very warm and other times very cold. We only had one key so if someone wanted to go out the other person has to stay at home until the other comes back which is not convenient.
