The valets were fantastic and probably helped us out more than anyone because of our needs re accessing our car. Major kudos to them.
You have to walk through a bit of a sketchy area of town to get to the main attractions and at night I didn’t feel super comfortable with that. We also were overlooking Cheer up Charlie’s and it was very loud until all hours of the night.

The upgraded room was great. Very comfortable and also food trucks 2min walk were not the best option but to have late food options was fine
I was rejected to do late check out. Every hotel has the option of late check out but this.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is right downtown near all the activities yet it was quiet when it came time to go to sleep.
We could not turn on the TV as the electrical cord was missing, by the time we realized it was not working, maintenance had already left for the night. Parking was very difficult to find.
4.0
Spaciousness of the suite
Bathroom was a little dingy in toilet seat and shower door a bit broken

Everything, the staff, valet, room, and the Hotel as a whole.
There was not anything that I didn't like.

Enjoyed the cappuccino at breakfast! Location was very convenient to our downtown destinations. Decor was clever and interesting. Staff was excellent, which makes all the difference.
The carpet in the hallway on the 6th floor was stained with old spills.

Room was fine, bed was comfortable
I didn't have hot water on 2 of the morning of my stays making it a pretty unpleasant start to the day. Some of machines in the fitness center were not working correctly. Lady Bird bar was very understaffed for breakfast and on the last day I wasn't even able to get food before I had to leave after waiting for quite some time.

Very helpful and accommodating staff! They helped us with an early check in and storing our luggage at check out while we hung by the pool.
More shade by the pool area would be great. A little noisy outside at night but not terrible and as expected staying downtown.
3.5
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pillows were excellent, which rarely is the case at hotels lately. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful, in particular Karl at the front desk who went out of his way to help me with late checkout and any other request I made.
They were short on staff, so room service was unavailable even though it is listed as something the property offers.

I liked the room. Was clean and a nice size. I liked there was a mini frig in the room. Shower was big which was nice Sarah at the pool bar was great. She gave great service and was very nice.
Well the price for 2 nights was over $1400. Not worth the money. Outrageous considering what I got for my money. I paid for breakfast included w the room and never used it. Seems the restaurant staff was totally overwhelmed by hotel guests and service was horrible. I’m fact the chef and the waitress had a huge fight in the kitchen and this went on for a long time. I told staff at front desk and they did nothing. This was totally unacceptable. So I never got my breakfast for both nights that I paid for. I would never stay at this hotel again or this hotel chain again

The room was lovely, big with comfortable bed. The pool bar staff were very friendly, helpful and great fun. The location was good for SXSW events.
The restaurant / breakfast staff looked like they just didn't want to be there. The reception staff answered questions but didn't offer any further information - like when, where is breakfast etc. The bare minimum.

Staff and housekeeping were great
Way too noisy at night during sleeping hours. If I can’t sleep at the hotel, what am I paying for?
4.0
Friendly staff, great bathroom, bed comfy.
Somehow the kitchen was down and the computer system for checkin didn't work. Luckily I liked the front desk guy, Oscar, so trusted him to copy my credit card and driver's license until the system came back up. Helpfully Oscar also took us over to the Holiday Inn Express breakfast since breakfast was included in our reservation and Indigo's kitchen was down.
