Great location right in the middle of town. Super convenient to everything! Very nice home light touches in the lobby and the room! Our check in front desk attendants even walked us up to our room when we checked in!
Wish the taproom would have been open later, but that was the only negative. Our keycards didn't work when we came back one night but the desk attendant was very helpful and got us right into our room and even slipped new cards right under our door afterwards!!

Location is perfect, reception staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Loved the complimentary bicycles that were available with a map of possible routes. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will recommend this inn without any hesitation. We had a fabulous time there

Great location and the staff were very helpful.
Bikes to borrow.
Complementary water in fridge. Two were half full, so I assume previously drank from : (
Snacks for purchase in the rooms.
Nice big, hot showers.
Not worth $277+ a night. It was a nice building, but we spent almost $554 for the weekend for a room we only slept in. They can overprice due to being the only hotel in downtown Lynden. They were the only option. No pool, no gym, no amenities on-site.
Rooms way smaller than the online pics make them appear.
We had 1 queen bed and a very hard sofa bed. My kids hated it. There was popcorn and popcorn kernels within the mattress when we pulled it out.
They put 4 waters in the fridge for us. Two were half full and seals were broken. Glad I grabbed them 1st and noticed it before my kids drank from them.

Would of liked a complimentary breakfast or voucher for the Bread Store, $10?

There was a lot to like. We had a suite on the top floor that looked out on the roof patio and big skylight. This is exactly what we wanted, since we did not want street noise. (I presume the rooms that overlook the alley don't get much street noise either.) The king bed was comfortable. There was good steady water pressure and temperature in the shower. (I don't believe the hotel was full, though, so I don't know if that is always the case.) There were free apples at the front desk every day. One can get into the "American Bread" restaurant from the inn lobby. (It is a good breakfast and lunch place.) One can also get into the next-door bookstore/gift shop from the inn lobby. Lynden is not a big town, but there were a few restaurants within walking distance. We especially liked the Thai restaurant that is in a folksy downtown mall. Be aware that most of the downtown restaurants are closed on Sunday. The staff at the inn were super nice. There were a couple of gift certificates given to us when we checked in (one to a restaurant and one to a bookstore).
We didn't like the mini ironing boards. Even set on the coffee table, one has to bend over to iron clothes. A staff person helped us by loaning us the full-size ironing board from the suite that is often used as a bridal suite. Obviously, that suite was not occupied at that time. (We had just done eight days worth of laundry at the town Laundromat.)

The atmosphere was very quaint and romantic. It seems very clean and the beds are comfortable. The town area is a lovely area for a nice walk to shops and restaurants.
The parking is mostly in a borrowed lot a block away. There's a little noise from shops below. It would have been nice if they put enough cups and glasses for the number of guests in the room. There is no continental breakfast but nice bakeries nearby.

All staff I encountered very friendly, helpful and enjoyed my stay. Visiting friends in Custer and also spent one day in Canada. Teri was very helpful in directing me to the closest border crossing and both my entrance into Canada and return went very smoothly and quick. Also enjoyed both the Ave Bread and Overflow Taps.

Location to the fair
Front St was loud and even heard a fight outside with yelling and banging sounds.

Very convenient location for getting to the NWW Fair and back. Parking was right in front of the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Didn't get to stay long enough to really take advantage of all there was to offer.

This place is a winner all around. Great hotel with comfortable and well appointed rooms, nice bathrooms, beautiful lobby, outstanding staff, and great location in the heart of downtown Lynden with many dining options within walking distance.
Parking is on the street or in an adjacent parking lot, but it was seldom a problem to find parking.

Service of room was only every 3 days.

this was a lovely building and the people working there were warm and welcoming. there also is a good breakfast restaurant connected to the hotel and a fabulous bookstore as well.
we had a very small room which was quite expensive but I liked the hotel so much I ignored both issues.

The staff was so kind and helpful, this place is nice there is a bar, restaurant and is in the center of town. the building is so well done it's amazing to see and stay there.
I liked everything about my stay I would say smart TVs would have been nice but not that big of a deal it's a great place.
