overall stay was great just have problem with parking passes.. It was 6 guests drove to separate cars had to find parkin

property was good

the only complaint I have was the parking passes..Only one parking pass per room ..When travel as a group they usually be more than one vehicle..

Pleasant

The view of the ocean and the pool and hot tub.

There was little things in the condo broken when we arrived, the shower towel racks where falling off the wall and the dinner table was barely able to stand up.

Oceanfront Condos

I loved the ocean front view that we had. The room was very comfortable, spacious and the staff was very courteous, though not even really apparent around the condos like a hotel stay. They blended in with customers and still had very friendly service when needed.

When we 1st arrived, there was no wifi available and the issue was never resolved. That was pretty difficult with complaining children and unplanned hotspot purchases. There were also amenities to cook for my family, but there were no pots available for a while and we had purchased groceries ahead of time, as to avoid so many other dining purchases, and we didn't have the option to do that.

Not worth it

The location was great and the unit has great potential.

Front door didn't close properly, broken bed, cigarette butt in recliner, toilet seat wouldn't stay up, and balcony access denied!

The heated indoor pool and hot tub were a plus.

The building is old, run down and I’m serious need of an update. Black mold through the entire condo.

the pin pad on the door wouldn’t unlock a couple times a little confusing on how to get into the building, didn’t know there wouldn’t be staff on site

Very poor

The view.

Tv didn't work. Inside pool laundry and hot tub closed. Outside hot tub closed part of stay. Elevator did not work part of stay. Asked maid for trash bag she said no. Toilet made screeching noise when flushed. Not enough warm Water. Water leaks from bottom of refrigerator.

The air conditioning is not working and we told customers serves the told us that we didn’t have any solution now and we solve tomorrow It was herbal night for kids the humidity is high All of us had flu case we kept the balcony’s door open all this night It is too bad

Exceptional

I liked the view from the condo balcony,ocean right there & could listen to the beach waves. Not so far away from board walk or strip everything is walking distance if you prefer to explore. The condo is nice & makes you feel like you're at home. Has a inside pool & jacuzzi also outside pool & jacuzzi for all the tenants that are staying there.

Didn't give us enough toilet paper for a four night stay & asked a ganitor or maintenance guy for more toilet paper he said best to go buy toilet paper from dollar general as much as I spent on the condo felt like they should've provided more toilet paper for a four night stay.

2021 stay

We paid about $1500 for a 3 night stay… we get in the room and the bathroom light was out. Thankfully, it got fixed. I don’t feel like the facilities were worth what we paid for with the room being so out dated. Room smelt like marijuana the second we walked in and having a small kid that’s no good.. there was no toilet paper in the room and we had to go buy our own. We Really liked the view and the pool but the unit could’ve been better.

Oceanfront condo (meridian)

The location was tremendous.

The property itself was nice. Minus the construction crews repairing different things the whole stay the building was well maintained and in a great location. The problem was the booking company, not so much booking.com which I’ve never had issues with but rather hosteeva. It was such a run around just to get confirmed and checked into our room, which we had no clue where it was other than pictures until the day of arrival. There was no staff or front desk at all. There was one very helpful housekeeper who had to continuously give people arriving directions while she was trying to do her job. She deserves a raise (not sure her name but blonde,very upbeat). The room itself was clean except for food left in the microwave. The AC rattles like crazy and the toilet whines for 5 minutes every flush (903). All in all it was a good stay, I’d return to the meridian itself if they get a front desk staff. Just not with hosteeva.

Disappointing

The front door was messed up a strong wind could’ve blew it open so I had to put a car against the door. It sounded like someone was trying to break in so I was up all night and the sliding door was broken and it couldn’t be locked

To many rules to try and charge for extra money and no greeter

There wasn't any breakfast

We had to do everything, dump trash, wash the dishes, so what was the cleaning crew job if did everything before oh just to make the bed
