Staff was very friendly. Not in the greatest neighborhood, but felt safe with fencing around property, secure access.
Booking.com website has almost every room listed with a balcony. There are only two rooms per floor, suites, that have a balcony. Not the fault of the property. I was unable to reach booking.com, but the wonderful woman at the desk did upgrade us. Shower could be warmer.

Had our money refunded, moving across the country with cats (military move) online says pet friendly (changed their policy last month no longer excepting cats) . Front desk was very helpful and tried to get an exception for us.
We didn’t stay obviously however the lobby had the worst smell that I can’t even describe. Also, this place had breakfast option except for the day we were supposed to stay due to working on the water systems (no water from 9am-5pm.. felt sorry for those that stayed there. Location not the greatest looked super sketchy.

great location

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Good location, very good price point for room. Bar and food excluded
Room window units are old and look discolored and moldy around the seals. Those type of air/heat units are loud, and often harbor mold and germs. There are more modern and efficient ways to heat and cool rooms.
The bar lacked options and was very expensive ($50 plus for 2 glasses of wine and one scotch) - glassware etched and old/ inexpensive or plastic. The scotch was ordered “neat” and was served with a bottle of bottled water. The scotch itself was poor quality….was excused due to delivery issues.
Breakfast suffered from supply issues ( out of vegetables for omelets) served on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils, no napkins ( only paper towels).
Inflation has affected many restaurants but this facility seems to have been hit harder than most.

overall nice place beds were so comfortable!
had to pay for breakfast, no sofa beds like stated in the description

It was really good. Bed was comfy but the best part was the amazing shower.
it was super dry for some reason buy thats ok. I guess I can't totally put that on the hotel. It was a great room and value though.

I like how clean our room was
That they let other patrons loudly talk and chat all night in the main halls and lobby. Went on from 11pm till 1 am. We couldn't stay asleep.

room smelled of smoke but staff quickly got the problem fixed.

nothing
it was dirty. Our room smelled. Staff was unfriendly
3.8
quiet
due to the type of wallpaper in the bathroom; it is tough to keep clean.

Location was just ok.
Room was too small. The furnishings looked like hodgie Podgie used Goidwill purchase, the carpet was shredding, the room smelled of skunk, then we got locked out of room. They could not open the lock. Desk manager kept saying he was new on the job, maintenance man could not use the equipment to open the door because the door handle was straight and would not hold on. Then he turned on his computer and another cluster issue, had to re-install soft ware. The general manager wasn’t coming in until I told the desk manager I wanted his business card and I obtained corporate phone number and I said, “that’s fine I will be making calls in morning”. Four hours later they were FINALLY ABLE to open the door where my husbands insulin and oral medications, my medications, along with my husbands oxygen machine, and all of our other belongings were. So NO….it was a miserable experience after being up from 4:00 am until 10:30 instead of resting in the original room.
The other room didn’t even have a hair dryer.
Then breakfast would have cost 10 dollars per person. We received free breakfast. I would never ever pay 10 dollars for powder eggs. Yuck. Awful awful experience. Never EVER WILL I STAY AT ANOTHER MARRIOTT OWNED BRANCH HOTEL/MOTEL.

It was great and close to the area I needed.

Staff was overly accommodating with our needs
Nice place

The property was located off the interstate—good and bad. Close for traveling however not close for activities.
BUT—-the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about anything. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.
The location was the only issue-but the price reflects that. It is a quick drive to everything you need or want.

The staff was incredibly helpful at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. Not too many people were staying there, but covid still affects travel. It was a quiet area with close access to the interstate. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff made good restaurant recommendations. The hotel did not offer a free breakfast; however it did serve breakfast.
A continental breakfast would have been nice.

The room was comfortable and clean.
The hotel is very close to hospital, ambulance sirens blared many times during the night. The a/c didn’t work, so did not get a comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast was way too expensive. I was the only person eating in the dining room.

Clean facility and friendly staff. Alicia was the best!
Would have loved to have a microwave in the room.

Staff was nice, but the place was definitely not “brand new” per the description.
