The employees hard working and hospitable
No laundry services
no free drinkable water in the room
Old carpet

Nothing really, the hotel parking was super inconvenient. As well as the air conditioning didn’t work in my room.
The complementary breakfast didn’t have much to pick from and was subpar at best

Outdated room.
Noisy facets

The room was clean and nice quality and it’s close to a SEPTA station. We were able to get early check in which was great.
The location was not on the best street and there was no parking. We used the recommended parking garage which was a fine alternative.

Nobody cleans room

The room was clean.
Terribly-run hotel. Check-in took 52 minutes. ONE staff member was on duty at 4:30pm on a Saturday, while 20 of us queued up - 10 in front of me, 10 behind me; yes, she took an average of 5-6 minutes per person, and seemed all over the place, taking details down wrong, and not being able to process simple information, constantly struggling to repeat stuff over and over. We were all furious. My shower didn't have hot water, just ice-cold or tepid. Breakfast items that were promised on the menu were missing (no milk, so we had to eat dry cereal; and no toast), and because the hotel skimped on staff, there was no-one to talk to about fixing these problems. It was an awful experience. Seriously, spend the extra money on another hotel. Or check in to another dive hotel - anywhere would be better than this place, no matter how cheap and shabby. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Breakfast was great, warm, variety and clean.
Nothing

The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel was within walking distance to everything we had planned to do.
The window had no view other than the building right next to it and the maintenance hallway. So there was no natural lighting either.

The location was great and within walking distance of the Philadelphia Convention Center. Staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out.
I didn't like the fact that we were gone all day at a conference and came back to find our room door open. Housekeeping left a note that they could not make the beds, due to personal items on them. Okay, no big deal; but they did not clean the bathroom, take the dirty towels or the trash and LEFT THE ROOM DOOR OPEN!

Family-friendly
To be honest nothing at all
3.5
Having to use a keycard for the front door during the day was a little annoying but given the area I could maybe see why.

it was very nice and comfortable
the staff were kinda rude at sometimes but nice other than that and their was a 100 deposit k was unaware of

PERSONAL WAS FRIENDLY
3.5
Very kind and friendly staff.
Breakfast was ok but the coffee machine didn't work well... Plus, there was no fruits.
We spent a terrible night because of the noise : we could ear people in their room but the worst part was the constant sound of some ventilation system inside our room. We couldn't identify it clearly but we recorded it with our phones and it was very very very disturbing. In fact, this added to the sound of the fridge prevented us from sleeping. We're very disappointed and won't come back in this facility.

lot of street dwellers, dirty and felt unsafe

clean, convenient, and very reasonably priced.
parking, had to park at a lot about 2 blocks away. i assume almost everywhere is like that in this area.

There is absolutely NOTHING to like about this property. Other than the recent "redo" its a terrible place, not to be offensive, but its a huge demonstration of putting "Lipstick on a Pig". Do not go here!
It is incredibly noisy inside, and outside, which management attributes to "Inner City". In actuality it is due to squeezing to many rooms (which are tiny) into a small space! And the walls are paper thin.
You will immediately feel as if you are being "checked in" to a prison as you have to be "buzzed in", and are met by uniformed "swat" officers, unless you get an off shift sleeping, texting, security guard.
There is no place to park, while you unload/load your property regardless of if you arrive in your own transportation or on hired transport.
Parking for a "reasonable price" is available right down the block (1 and 1/2 block) but the hotel will direct you elsewhere for substantially more.
"included" Breakfast is pathetic and served in unsafe serving dishes.
Staff is less than welcoming, and is less than professional.
Charges were not as promoted, promised or agreed to, and were excessive beyond market.
Again, there is no Positive or Good reason to stay at this property.

dirty lobby elevator and homeless people out front
