Aufregender Aufenthalt mit Wasserschaden

Sehr gut hat es uns gefallen, bis wir nachts durch eine Feuermeldung aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden die sich als explodierte Wasserleitung in unserem Bad entpuppte. Evakuierung / Feierwehr Aufgebot folgten …. Riesen Schade am Hotel. Sehr schade drum. Hoffentlich bekommen die das schnell wieder hin. Wir drücken die Daumen.

Schönes Stadthotel

Zimmer mittelgroß, Schränke ziemlich klein, für Alleinreisende ausreichend, für zwei wird es schon eng. Die Lage relativ zentral, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum, Frühstück sehr spartanisch, aber für mich war es ausreichend

Zimmer lag in einer Nische mit einem kleinen Fenster, daher fast immer dunkel, auch tagsüber. Da ich den ganzen Tag unterwegs war, hat mich das aber nicht unbedingt gestört.

Visited for baseball game and the train was a short walk away.

Very good place to stay!

The shower was great and the beds were comfortable. The staff was lovely! We shared at check in that we were there to see The Lion King. She was still there when we returned from the show and excitedly asked the kids how it was!

Comfortable, friendly and well located.

The property was well located to access the more historic part of Philadelphia. I liked the fact that the bedrooms had some personality and character. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great location, pleasant room

Great location. Room was very small but thoughtfully appointed.

Toilet clogged before we arrived. Went out for the evening and asked the front desk attendant to address it while we were gone. He agreed to but didn’t so we had to wait until the next morning, after 8am, for the engineer to arrive and fix the problem.

The location is prime downtown, easily accessible and in the middle of everything.

I’d loved to have some tap or mineral water in the room. The closest point was the gym in the basement.

UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPLEASANT - terrible valet, poor service, lack of amenities

The location was the best part!

valet took 45 minutes to get the car (was late), my AC in the room was not working, (I called down to the front desk once, they said they’d send someone up… no one came so I went down, and they said they’d send someone… again no one came), had to wait 10 minutes JUST for a valet guy to come out from the back with the front desk girl, restaurant was basically closed the whole time, staff was rude and everyone would stare at you when you got off the elevator. overall, unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

Affordable, tight space, C- cleaning

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and efficient. We ate a late meal at the adjoining restaurant and were very impressed. The included breakfast was what you would expect from a value chain, but it certainly beats the rush and prices of finding a spot outside the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Our room was small, but efficient for the one night. Windows are definintely not sound proof as we heard a few vehicles honking below us. Also housekeeping missed a few items during their cleaning. We had an open bar of soap, an open beverage can and random soda pop-top left lingering from previous guests. Not awful, but also I would never "expect" anything left from previous guests, unless it was perhaps intentionally hidden out of view, which none of these items were outside of your normal line of site.

The staff didnt look at the booking correctly and tried to charge me for double booking. I stated that i paid through Klarna and i am not paying for 2 nights. I paid the deposit.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean.

Room was small and cramped. The temperature is locked at a certain temperature and you can't raise or lower it. There wasn't enough lighting in the room so it was very dark.
