Short stay after late arrival at O'Hare airport on way back home.

Very nice restaurant on site. Local public parking affordable and easy to use.

Best Location to stay in Milwaukee

Great Location, very large indoor parking lot next door with EV charging, free bottled water! Walking distance to many attractions and downtown areas.

We had a great stay at The Westin. Staff were nice and helpful and the room was clean with a great view

Loved that the property was so close to Summerfest.

excellent location, close to a lot of sights and within walking distance. comfortable beds.

property is dated and the furniture shows it - lots of scrapes, dents, and dings. not really a problem but with the cost per night, I expect something much more high end. the cost and quality were sincerely mismatched, probably just due to central location.

Very good

It was a quiet, cute, clean, not holy cow expensive place. Kind of right in the middle of everything. Easy access everywhere. The beds were super comfy. It has a little bar that was really nice not have to go anywhere. The staff was so nice :) I will definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t cancel or change $300 reservation for 1 night 1 bed.

The shower was nice. The staff were nice. We could log into our own Netflix, on the TV.

The price. And we had to pay for valet parking, there is no free parking anywhere. We decided we wanted to just go home after the event we were in town for, since our babysitter couldn’t stay overnight anymore.I could not change the date or cancel it. I would have been charged with or without having been there. So we decided to use the room’s shower and watch Netflix. We left around 12:30am. Really unhappy about not being allowed to cancel. $300 is a lot of money to throw away.

Overall it was pleasant

the location was great. we walked to a bunch of different sites from the hotel. Valet parking was super easy and organized and took little time to get our car.

The staff in the bar/restaurant weren’t the greatest. We sat outside on the patio and wanted drinks. Took about 15 minutes for our server to come take our order and then another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Then I had to go to the bar to ask for the check as we never saw the server after he brought our drinks.

Beautiful hotel

Hotel room was beautiful as we have come to expect of the Westin brand.

Initial reception from host was pretty abrasive as our room wasn't ready. Another host took over and she was just wonderful. Maybe the young man was having a trying day. Our room was changed from King bed to Queen beds due to availability.

Asked that our room be cleaned the second day of stay and it was not cleaned. Ice machine did not work. App to open door worked inconsistently.

Exceptional

All staff that we encountered were super friendly and helpful.Even the couple that were not on duty!! Our room was beautiful, clean and comfy. Loved the feather pillows and weighted quilt!!

Our room key did not work the first time.
