They are holding extra money.

Breakfast.

My price was 280 dollars. Together with deposit they hold 430 dollars from my credit card. After I check out they charged another 230 dollars and still are holding my 430 dollars. My credit card is blocked now. They are not responding from booking app, someone is saying send an e mail to this address but that address is not responding too. Totally unprofessional. I am asking booking.com to do something. I put "please clean my room" tag on my door for 2 days nobody did anything. They did not even put new towels.

Very poor facility. Would never stay again

The bed was ok

No one at the desk in the morning. We sat in the lobby and NO employees could be found. NO BREAKFAST AT ALL. The sign at the desk stated they had gab snd go. there were NONE. And could not find anyone to ask.

Very very dirty would not recommend

Convenient shuttle airport location

First night - Glitter all over the room. Room smelled heavily of marijuana and tried to cover up with some product. Dry skin on end of bed. Second night (end of trip) - someone in the room. Had to get another room that also smelled of marijuana and cleaning products. Breakfast area very dirty - dust on walls, tables not cleaned. Drink cups all over the place.

room size,

breakfast was very poor, little selection, not enough food. On Sunday no food available until 8:00am Fitness center did not have a treadmill, other equipment was in disorder. Pool area was very dirty and not taken care off.

Keep looking! Close to airport.

Close to airport. Bed was comfortable

We were in a “wing”so very long walk from lobby. Seemed like we were in a room under construction. Hard to turn on shower cause faucet not mounted correctly to wall, noisy heater, outlet in bathroom did not walk, bug walking up wall in bathroom. Room half clean?? Dirty coffee pot with filter still in it.

Great fit for the traveler who needs a quick place to stay

Close to the airport was a big bonus for us. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A perfect spot for those with an early flight. The shuttle service is quite convenient also.

The bathroom was quite dirty - hair and mold in the bathtub. There was a used toiletry bottle under the sink as well as some paper garbage. We were on the farthest end of the hotel from the desk and upon check in our keys didn't work twice, had to go back to the front desk, get a new room assigned and go all the way back - a lot to do with luggage and kids.

Great place to stay

I like the breakfast , it should be served until 10 am for the customer adjusting to the time change. Definitely need to serve Hashbrowns or fried potatoes.

Need more coffee and creamers in the room for customers staying longer than a couple of days.

run down property sorely in need of renovations from the pot holes in the parking lot to the carpeting and furnishings musty smell in common areas and in room overall shabby looking would not stay here again

We loved the pool, the staff was nice/helpful and the facility was really clean.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, except the water in the tub drained very slow.

Everything went well with check-in and at the hotel bar. Super nice staff!

The toilet and shower in our room did not work when checking in so we had to have maintenance come and look at it. This did concern me because this is something that housekeeping should have realized when cleaning the room. It made me wonder if the bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned after the last guest.

the pool area was awesome and so was the hot tub, we had pool view rooms which my kids loved !

pool are was not cleaned the next day, adults were drinking inside pool area .

Overall, everything was good. Booking.com, who we made our arrangements with did not forward bookin

We left prior to the kitchen opening. We were there on Monday night and the restaurant area was not open and walked down the street for dinner.

The restaurant wasn't open at the hotel and 4:15AM morning Hotel Commute was very crowded. Booking.com did not forward our booking to the hotel, luckily, there were plenty of rooms.

It was good for our one night stay.

Breakfast was a nice buffet and they had options for my gluten free diet; eggs and bacon or sausage, fruit, yogurt. Our room was comfortable and clean.

The pool was pretty cold. The light under my room door was almost an inch open and the light and noise came in.
