The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. We also had a really nice view. The shower was very cool
The rooms are advertised as sound proof…they are not.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at. We were on motorcycles and they catered to us with front-door parking. The staff was amazing as well. We will stay there again if we ever get to that area!
Wish there were more convenience stores closer or they have some kind of market store where you could purchase drinks and snacks and any other travel items that you might need. Definitely not a show stopper though. This place is amazing.

I loved the whole stay. It was an amazing weekend
I did not receive my full security deposit back even though we did not use any extra amenities.

The atmosphere and staff were exceptional. the food at the bar was good. The bartenders were very friendly and engaging.
it’s kind of the new norm with hotels, but the fact that daily room services aren’t provided unless you ask for it is unacceptable in my opinion. The rates are going up and the perks are decreasing. The offered a beverage and snack service in room but it was only restocked twice in 6 days. Let’s get back to daily room service unless the occupants don’t want it. That’s much easier then making occupants ask for it daily.

The location is nice, being so close to downtown but not as noisy. The rooms are always nice. I like the walk in shower in the rooms as well.
We did not know there was a Kentucky Derby party going on. It was as crazy as it could have been. We didn't have anywhere to park, so we used valet. But we had to walk all of our luggage past all of these people who had spilled drinks and were smoking heavliy. Even the lobby smelt like smoke, it was disgusting. The MOD tried to help by giving us a bottle of wine and compted our breakfast. But that brings me to the next point. I think the breakfast was aweful. We waited for over an hour to get our food with an emply dining room. Once it arrived, the food was not good. They have potatoes with some kind of wierd sauce on them that tasted burnt and the biscuits and gravy were unedible because they were so spicy. Niether had that kind of description on the menu.

The room was spacious, bedding fabulous, and the large windows with a view of the city were the best. Is definitely stay here again.
The only thing we didn't like was the food. It was just okay. We had the hot wings and summer sausage salad and for breakfast the fried chicken and waffles. It was really just 2 fried tenders that really didn't have much of a coating. Stay at the hotel but easy elsewhere.
